The Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit (NSICU) at Mount Carmel East has 16 beds. The Registered Nurse (RN) would expect to see the highest acuity neuro patients in the health system while working on this unit. Mount Carmel East is the only comprehensive stroke center in the Mount Carmel system.
The Registered Nurse RN, within the scope of the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, will provide care in an atmosphere sensitive to each person’s physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs. POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides direct and indirect nursing care to patients in the Ambulatory setting in accordance with University Health policies and standards.
