Medical Center is in the process of opening a new, state-of-the-art, 120-bed psychiatric inpatient facility in affiliation with Massachusetts General Hospital (Mass General). The Department of Psychiatry at Mass General is consistently ranked among the best in the nation by U.S. News and World Report and works with us as a community partner. There are multiple opportunities for teaching on-site, as well as robust educational and research opportunities at Mass General and Harvard Medical School for the appropriate interested candidate. The new facility features two adult units, one child and adolescent unit, and one geriatric unit. Substance Use Disorder services will be provided on all of these units. Outpatient services are expanding accordingly. Evening and weekend call are very reasonable and provide significant additional compensation.   • Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery, including engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and packaging/processing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and using precision measuring and testing instruments.
  • Follow diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, manufacturer instructions, and engineering specifications to repair and maintain equipment.
  • Fabricate, modify, or repair machine parts using machine shop tools and equipment
