The Roadside Assistance Intake Agent is responsible for answering incoming calls from members requesting roadside assistance and accurately gathering the necessary information to ensure smooth coordination of services. As an Intake Agent, you will ensure all information is recorded and relayed to the dispatch team for action. What You'll Do:

  • Communicate effectively while maintaining a calm presence answering incoming calls from members requesting roadside assistance
  • Collect, assimilate and verify key details to be able to relay the appropriate information to the dispatch teams to aid the member

  • Ensure that the appropriate roadside plan and coverage information is applied for resolution with the case.

Border Patrol work requires the ability to speak and read Spanish, as well as English.

Border Patrol Agents will be provided training to become proficient with the Spanish language at the Academy.

They are based out of Louisiana but have just expanded into the Carolinas and are starting on a 312-unit complex in Greenville, NC, with other projects lined up behind this one.
  • They currently have an active opening for a Construction Superintendent on a 312-unit, 50M dollar ground-up multifamily development in Greenville, NC. In this role, the Construction Superintendent will serve as the one-per-project field leader, stepping in at early site work on a fully awarded and permitted project and driving execution through to completion. There is no preconstruction, estimating, or scheduling responsibility – the focus is entirely on running an outstanding job site. The Construction Superintendent works directly alongside Project Managers and subcontractors in the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day field execution for a $50M+ ground-up multifamily project from early site work through certificate of occupancy
  • Coordinate and manage all subcontractor activity across multiple buildings and phases on site
  • Hold subcontractors accountable to schedule, quality, and safety standards
