The Division of Geriatric Medicine and Palliative Care  at  Rush University Medical Center,  a nationally recognized clinical and academic institution and the teaching hospital for Rush Medical and Nursing Colleges, invites applications from exceptional clinicians for a full-time Geriatric Medicine Faculty  position at the  Assistant or Associate Professor level.

We are seeking a fellowship- trained,  board-certified or board-eligible Geriatrician to join our expanding academic team in downtown Chicago. This position offers the ideal balance of clinical excellence and scholarly pursuits for physicians passionate about advancing geriatric care. The chosen candidate will join an established, collaborative group of geriatricians in a supportive academic environment known for clinical innovation and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Comprehensive geriatric care across diverse settings:

  • Ambulatory clinic serving a robust patient panel
  • Inpatient consultation and hospital-based care
  • Subacute care in post-acute settings

Academic development and scholarly growth:
