Regional Manager – Colorado & Utah Portfolio
We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee a multifamily portfolio across Colorado and Utah. The Regional Manager will be a hands-on operational leader responsible for driving property performance, financial results, team development, and resident satisfaction.
This Regional Manager role serves as the critical link between corporate strategy and on-site execution.
Must reside in Northern Colorado
Must be comfortable traveling frequently between properties (approximately 50% travel required). This is not a remote role.
Regional Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of property management experience
- 1+ year of experience as a Regional Manager (Class A preferred)
- Strong financial and operational management skills
- Experience with property management software
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current insurance
- Comfortable traveling consistently between properties and working in both office and on-site environments
What You’ll Do as Regional Manager:
Operations & Performance
- Oversee daily operations across assigned communities
- Conduct regular property visits, safety checks, and compliance inspections
- Ensure strong curb appeal, maintenance standards, and resident experience
- Execute business plans to drive occupancy, NOI, and retention
Financial Leadership
- Develop and manage annual budgets
- Review monthly financials and implement corrective action plans
- Drive revenue growth and expense control
Leadership & Team Development
- Directly supervise Community Managers and maintenance leadership
- Hire, coach, and develop on-site teams
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels and accountability
Leasing & Market Strategy
- Partner with marketing and revenue teams to execute pricing strategies
- Monitor leasing performance and market trends
- Support renewal and retention initiatives
Vendor & Capital Oversight
- Oversee vendor performance and contract compliance
- Identify and monitor capital improvement projects

We are searching for a motivated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a commitment to commute a radius of 20 miles from the job posting site.
About the Role:
As a Pediatric Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you’ll work one-on-one with children, from birth to age 18, in their home environment, helping them build speech, language, and communication skills that will empower them for life. SLP’s assess and treat children with speech and language delays – conduct assessments of patients' speech, language, functional communication, cognitive and social skills – and assess and treat feeding and swallowing abilities. Whether it’s a first word, clearer speech, or social confidence, you’ll be the guide, supporter, and cheerleader every step of the way!
We serve the beautiful state of Colorado. All our therapists have the freedom to decide the specific locations within the State of Colorado which they serve, as well as the days and hours they work. We do offer telemedicine options for families under specific circumstances. All employees must be located in the State of Colorado upon start date.
What You’ll Do:
Assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
Use engaging, play-based therapy tailored to each child’s needs
Work closely with families and caregivers to support progress at home
Provide compassionate, one-on-one support in a familiar environment
Administer age-appropriate speech, cognition, and developmental communication tests
Collaborate with a team of passionate healthcare professionals with clear and timely communication – including other therapists, assistants, service coordinators, translators, and office administrators
Refer clients to resources as necessary, including learning about resources and assisting clients to be successful accessing appropriate resources
Maintain HIPAA compliance with all communication
Attend mandatory staff meetings and other optional social gatherings to stay up to date on all policies and procedures
Celebrate every breakthrough—big or small!

Documentation Requirements
- Evaluations/notes/discharges are completed within 2 days of a visit
- Missed visit notes must be completed weekly according to the script
License Requirements
· Current DORA and ASHA licenses
· Complete state mandated continuing education as required by DORA
· Report to OASIS any DUI, misdemeanor, felony convictions or accusations
· Maintain CPR licensure

Licensed & certified SLP
Pediatric experience (or a love for working with kids!)
Strong communication and family-centered approach
Creativity, patience, and a heart for making therapy fun
Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills and skills with Google tools
Ability to balance multiple schedules
Ability to start with at least 10 clients on caseload
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Motivated by a desire to serve
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- $75.00 - $80.00 per visit
- Additional compensation for CF supervisors
