Business Development: Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider. This role is very heavy in Business Development.

Referral building: Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).

Staffing and Scheduling: Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.

In-home Assessments: Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.

Financial Management: Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.

Cultivating Culture: Creating the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, setting the tone of your team morale.

Gestational Carrier Requirements

To ensure a safe and successful journey for both carrier and baby, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Between 21–39 years old
  • U.S. citizen living in a surrogate-friendly state
  • Have delivered at least one child and are currently parenting
  • No more than two (2) C-sections
  • Not receiving government or public assistance (including Medicaid, WIC, SNAP/Food Stamps, or state-funded health insurance)
  • No history of pregnancy complications (including gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, or pre-term labor)
  • No history of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, or major depressive disorder
  • Not currently taking medications unsafe for pregnancy (including certain mental health medications)
  • Able to travel for medical screening, monitoring, and embryo transfer appointments
  • Live a healthy lifestyle free of illicit or recreational drug use
  • Have a stable home environment and strong support system

All qualifications will be reviewed in detail during your initial consultation.

Compensation & Benefits

We recognize the commitment, time, and care involved in being a gestational carrier. Compensation includes:

Base Compensation

  • $60,000 – $70,000(First-time carrier to experienced carrier)

Additional Benefits

  • $250 monthly expense allowance
  • $500 maternity clothing allowance
  • $10,500 for multiple birth
  • Up to $10,000 for loss of organs (per contract terms)

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Provider is responsible for rounding and managing the clinical care of the population at the assigned SNF.
  • The provider is responsible for rounding daily and prescribing medications and treatments for residents residing at SNFs.
  • Provider will provide high quality, patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services to patients residing in SNFs.
  • Provider is responsible for timely documentation of all patient care/encounters

Shift Structure
