Job Description
As a Table Games Floor Supervisor, you are responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external guest. In this position, you are also responsible for monitoring and controlling an area of a pit consisting of one or more games to assure the delivery of customer service according Ameristar St. Charles standards, while maintaining the integrity of the games.

Job Description
Clean tables by removing soiled dishes, silverware, glassware, and refuse and wiping table top and seats. Set up tables according to established standards. Receive and fulfill beverage orders.
- Greet guests seated in assigned station.
- Receive and fulfill/refill drink orders from guests.
- Remove dishes from tables and place in plastic bus tub (approx. 40 lbs. in weight) in a timely manner.
- Set up tables according to established standards.
- Transport filled bus tubs to kitchen dishwashing area.
- Maintain cleanliness of side station and all work areas.
- Prior experience strongly preferred.
- Must be able to lift, maneuver, and carry up to 40 pounds.

The Engineer II is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. The position is also responsible for assisting in the performance of the following types of maintenance work: carpentry, plumbing, painting and mechanical.
The Engineer II

Responsible for the heavy-duty cleaning/sanitation of kitchen equipment including stoves, hoods, ovens and appliances. Sanitation of stoves/ovens, grills, hoods and steam tables using various body movements—including standing, reaching, climbing and stooping for periods of time. Change oil in deep fryer—lift fryer and drain oil, either by lifting the fryer bucket and/or releasing the drain lever on the bigger units. Clean fryer using scouring pad in a circular motion, replace oil.

Job Description
Perform routine maintenance and repair on gaming machines, equipment, and hardware under supervision and continued on-the-job training. Perform common floor calls without supervision and works towards competency and proficiency.
- Perform immediate, periodic, and overhaul maintenance on gaming machines, equipment, and hardware.
- Repair and diagnose machine faults.
- Isolate electronic faults at board level and refer to senior level slot technician.
- Read, understand, and accurately apply information contained within repair manuals and other equipment-related materials.
- Carry and effectively communicate by two-way radio.
- Maintain a working knowledge of new slot products/equipment.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess a thorough knowledge of the mechanics, electronics, and electrical functions of gaming machines.
- One (1) year of experience in slots or a related field or graduate from slot repair school or similar course of study strongly preferred.
- Must be able to work with various hand tools and power tools.
- Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift.
- Must be able to stoop over, kneel, and crouch while repairing gaming machines.
- Must be able to push and pull machines and maneuver weights up to 80 pounds.
