Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking an IP litigator for its IP Litigation practice in San Francisco, Menlo Park, Los Angeles, Irvine, and Sacramento. The salary range for this position is between $310k to $390k.
Qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of litigation experience in AI, copyright, trademark, trade secret and/or false advertising law. [This position does not involve patent litigation.]
- Strong understanding of one or more of the Lanham Act, the Copyright Act, the DMCA, federal and state trade-secret statutes, and computer-access laws such as the CFAA and related state laws.
- Trial experience is preferred.
- Excellent academic credentials, writing and communication skills.
- California State Bar is required.

Job Summary
