Overall Purpose: The Design Engineer will independently evaluate, select and apply standard engineering techniques and procedures to design mechanical/fluid components and assemblies that meet the requested objectives and requirements.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide design and engineering support for a wide variety of new and existing products with a focus on aerospace hoses, couplings and quick disconnects
• Develop, evaluate, and implement new processes, techniques, materials, finishes etc.
• Support manufacturing with new and innovative methods of producing parts and assemblies, lower costs and increase manufacturability and functionality
• Be an integral part of the engineering team and will receive instructions, training, and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job in a timely manner

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering from an accredited college or university
• 5+ years of experience in the engineering field, preferably focused on aerospace components
• Knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD or Catia, FEA a plus)
• Background in Aerospace Components preferred
• Ability to find creative and cost-effective design solutions to complex mechanical engineering problems
• Good mechanical aptitude and knowledge
• Self-motivated and highly organized
• Possess knowledge of commonly used engineering concepts, practices and procedures
• Strong computer skills – especially Microsoft Word and Excel

We’re looking for a hands‑on Paid Media Specialist who is fluent in Google’s advertising ecosystem and comfortable managing campaigns directly “in-platform.” This role will own day‑to‑day execution across Google Ads, measurement/tagging, and performance optimization—ensuring all campaigns are accurately tracked, efficiently scaled, and aligned to business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Discovery).
• Execute all work hands-on-keyboard directly within Google Ads and related platforms.
• Own setup and implementation in Google Tag Manager (GTM), including event tracking, conversion tagging, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and optimize campaign structure, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
• Monitor performance daily and identify opportunities to improve ROAS, CTR, CPA, and overall channel efficiency.
• Partner with analytics to ensure proper measurement, attribution, and data cleanliness.
• Develop weekly performance reports and communicate insights, recommendations, and next steps.
• Stay current with Google platform updates, beta opportunities, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5+ years of hands-on paid media execution within Google Ads.
• Strong experience with Google Tag Manager, including custom event and conversion setups.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and conversion tracking frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, pacing, and complex campaign structures.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights.

Our Principal Embedded Real-Time Software Developer/Integrator is a technical position that works in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment to architect, design, implement, test, debug, and deploy Software for Firmware (FPGA) and Hardware solutions that meet current and next generation autonomous avionics systems’ needs. • You will be responsible for the development and implementation of modeling solutions, and subsequently conduct trade studies and evaluation of system and subsystem performance
• You will work in a team environment, receiving input from the team supervisors and providing guidance and/or direction to other team members
• You will collaborate with Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC), Signal Processing, and other performance personnel to perform simulation activities according to the program schedule
• You will work on different projects, determine, and develop approaches and solutions, and provide development guidance throughout the product lifecycle from initial concept to fielded product
• You will provide technical expertise for the simulation products of a specific program, and assist Senior Modeling Engineers in the preparation of detailed plans, and may interact with government counterparts as an authority on simulation products

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant prior experience
• Experience applying object-oriented software design and programming in C or C++
• Experience using Python or MATLAB for evaluation of data sets
• Experience modeling or simulating physical systems
• Experience in modeling, simulation, statistics, and/or analysis for existing or proposed engineering solutions
• Ability to obtain an Interim Secret U.S. government issued Security Clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain special program access after start. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer

• Advanced Degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or related STEM degree
• Experience using applied system engineering principals, experience working on a team and/or by yourself, interfacing with multiple engineering disciplines
• Experience creating and/or presenting technical briefings
• Experience developing signal processing / GNC algorithms or models for missile applications
• Experience with control hardware design & test and/or hardware & software integration
• Experience modeling physics and/or modeling physical systems as related to flight dynamics
• Experience using UNIX / Linux based workstations and using Software Configuration Management tools such as Git
• Course work or experience in some of the following fields: radar, signal & image processing, radar and/or EO/IR environment models, digital communications, probability and statistics, linear algebra, estimation theory, optimal control, system architecture, inertial navigation, guidance theory
