JOB DUTIES
- Provide diagnostic services in a hospital and/or clinical setting, including clerical duties as required
- Perform all duties in a manner that promotes team concepts and reflects the KPNW Mission and philosophy
- Perform diagnostic radiological procedures, utilizing diagnostic radiographic equipment
- Use skills and abilities required for age of patient served to include: routine, emergent, portable, surgical and fluoroscopic examinations in accordance with department policies and procedures.

- Understand and use the current RIS and PACS system. Work under the supervision of radiologist on an as needed basis.
- Work with radiologist: on film Quality Assurance, exam clarification.
- Perform ECG (As required).
- Patient/transport.
- File work.
- Restocking supplies/cleaning.
- Responsible for patient registration and patient scheduling
- Participate in an on-call or standby schedule as required.

REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or GED
- Radiologic Technologist Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- Completed AMA approved program in radiology technology
- Daily use of diagnostic equipment, Imaging and health care computer system
- General knowledge of radiology equipment and exams to perform fluoroscopy, surgery, portable exams and routinely radiographic exams
PREFERENCES
- Basic Life Support prehire (if no, must be completed within 1 month of hire)
- Professional experience as a Radiographer with variety in imaging
- Solid organizational, time management, prioritization, planning, problem solving, decision making, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to display good judgement
- Adaptable, flexible, and consistently follows company Policies and Procedures
- 1 month prior experience with Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS)

PAY
- $42.69/hr-$57.37/hr depending on experience. Some positions are considered 'float' locations and are eligible for a $2/hr differential.

Your role
The On-site Service Engineer Team Lead is responsible for performing and supervising semi-routine preventative maintenance of products through well-defined schedules and procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
• Directs team daily operational activities while providing single point of contact for customer for all Installation Qualification related issues.
• Establishes and audits local operating procedures to provide a training aid and reference source for Edwards and customer personnel.
• Performs special projects at customer site with supervision as needed from senior technical experts or project management.
• Maintains records of repairs and maintenance performed using local database. Develops and maintains a preventive maintenance schedule for equipment that will ensure optimum performance.
• Assists with failure analysis by providing information on mode of failure on each equipment failure.
• Submits information to Edwards technical department to drive equipment improvements.
• Writes weekly/monthly reports on activities that have been performed at a customer’s site based on customer and regional management requirements.
• Works with Site Lead and Site Manager to ensure 7x24 escalation support for site team.

- As a Platform Engineer for Open-source Observability Platform (NO-OP), one of the products in Observability Engineering, you'll be responsible for implementing end-to-end technical solutions in support of the Platform Strategy.
- You'll work closely with other Platform Engineers to deliver technical design and solutions, contributing to the future success of the business through innovations in technology.
Scope and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design and development of technical solutions for the Kubernetes-based Foundational Observability Platform (NOOP).
- Hands-on development of Kubernetes controllers, Crossplane compositions, and GitOps deployment of CNCF components.
- Provide technical assistance to less experienced engineers.
- Adopt, implement, and promote best-in-class design and architecture principles of security, observability, availability, and resiliency.
- Partner with product to deliver stories which meet acceptance criteria.
- Contribute to ways of working, development standards, and training.
- Provide rotational support to the Digital Athletes who use our platform.
Minimum qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- 2+ years operating Kubernetes-based solutions in production.
- Experience developing large-scale distributed systems on public cloud computing platforms (preferably AWS).
- Experience working with Observability vendor products (such as, but not limited to, Splunk/Grafana/Datadog/NewRelic/Dynatrace.
- Experience of 2+ years working with Grafana.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and layers.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience defining platform SLAs and adhering to those through platform governance standards.
- Experience developing Kubernetes controllers in Golang.
- Experience developing Crossplane compositions or leveraging traditional IAC solutions.
- Experience leveraging ArgoCD or similar tools to implement GitOps.
- Ability to create abstracted solutions that do not rely on any on Cloud Service Provider.
- Able to navigate governance and compliance requirements of Global Platforms.
- Passionate about delighting enterprise customers, and an understanding of enterprise workloads.
