Project Manager – Data Center (Hyperscale)

Location: Louisiana

Due to continued growth in the Mission Critical market, an established contractor is seeking a Project Manager to support delivery of a Hyperscale Data Center campus. This is one of the most significant Mission critical projects in the region.

The Project Manager will be part of a larger project management team, reporting to a Lead Senior Project Manager overseeing the campus. The ideal candidate will have recent, hands-on Data Center experience and thrive in a highly technical, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support delivery of a Hyperscale Data Center campus from active construction through closeout.
• Manage day-to-day project coordination, schedule tracking and cost control.
• Assist with subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and ongoing performance management.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and document control.
• Coordinate closely with field leadership to maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Interface with client representatives and internal leadership to ensure seamless project execution.
• Contribute to reporting, forecasting, and risk management processes.

Qualifications:

• Commercial general contractor experience preferred.
• Recent Data Center project experience is preferred.
• Experience supporting large-scale Mission critical or hyperscale projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of MEP coordination and technically complex builds.
• Ability to operate effectively within a structured project management team.
• Based in Atlanta or willing to relocate.
