We are seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Practice Physician for an exciting locum tenens Hospitalist opportunity near Beaumont, TX. This role offers the chance to practice in a supportive, community-focused hospital setting within the lush landscapes of East Texas.

• Shift Details:
  • 12-hour in-house day shifts: 8 AM 8 PM.
  • In-house call coverage: 8 PM 8 AM (must be within 30 minutes of the facility).
• Coverage Requirements:
  • 7 shifts per rotation (flexible schedule available).
  • Includes weekend and on-call responsibilities.

• 49 total beds with 7 ED beds.
• No ICU coverage required.
• ED annual volume: 7,452 patients.
• Average patient load: 1-8 per shift.
• Hospitalists are expected to intubate with assistance from the ED physician.
• Admission rate: 10%.

• Active Texas medical license and DEA.
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
• ACLS, PALS, and DEA certification.
• Ability to perform intubations.
• Clean malpractice and background record.

• The hospital is located a short drive from Beaumont, TX, and is easily accessible from surrounding metropolitan areas.
