Responsibilities

- Meet and exceed sales goals, achieving monthly and quarterly performance targets.

GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION:
This hands-on program is facilitated by a dedicated sales leader who will teach, coach, and provide feedback to the Sales Apprentice so he/she can fulfill the requirements of their future role. They learn how to increase sales, penetrate markets, and generate maximum returns for themselves and the company. In addition, they learn how to handle many of the more difficult problems in marketing, such as explaining to prospects the technical aspects of Garland roofing systems, selling against tough competition, and working through customer perceptions that directly affect business. During the two year apprenticeship, they learn how to “put it all together” and in the process derive self-satisfaction from achieving weekly, monthly and yearly objectives and growing within the organization.
CORE & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Promotes/sells/secures orders from prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.

Primary Responsibilities

The Senior QA Manager is a quality professional with day to day responsibility for site management. From a quality perspective, this role involves designing, planning, prioritizing, executing, reviewing, and reporting results of tests performed in the QA lab as well as other related duties necessary to operate within a highly regulated environment such as supporting quality events (audits, corrective actions, investigating nonconformances), maintaining calibrations, document control, and training. From a site management perspective: the Supervisor is the most senior NextBeam person onsite and has responsibility for assuring operations run as planned in conjunction with our manufacturing partner.
Essential Duties: Quality
- Establish and maintain good technical understanding of relevant industry standards and regulations (ISO 13485, ISO 11137 series, ISO 11737 series, ASTM 51649, ASTM 52303) in order to design and perform testing with appropriate test methods, sample sizes, statistical techniques, and acceptance criteria.
- Collect, analyze, and report data to release / reject product batches and other studies

World-class dental practice is seeking a sales superstar for the position of Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) living within 30 minutes of the office for a daily patient care coordinator role with a strong sales background, for a growing medical practice.
This practice is owned by a well-respected dentist and caters to an elite, but family-focused clientele, where thousands of treatments and procedures have been executed with the most natural and impressive results, while maintaining a down-to-Earth family-focused office setting.
The winning candidate must be willing to work in a sleeves-rolled, hands-on fashion, doing "whatever it takes" to help the team grow. Dental experince is preferred. There must be a focus on driving sales and results, coupled with a strong desire to implement and sustain organization and efficiency throughout the practice. There is a need for the winning candidate to be comfortable and capable working with a team of tenured front and back-office employees. Relationship building ability as well as a desire to perform outreach with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor is a must. We work hard, but we also have a great time together!
Responsibilities:
1. Sales - assist prospective patients in making comfortable and confident decisions to undergo dental treatments and procedures through extensive phone conversations and live consultations. 5 days per week will be focused on selling, driving inquiries to purchase, and other sales-related functions. Comfort with quoting and asking patients to proceed with procedures and treatments ranging from $5,000 to over $25,000 is a must.
2. Follow-Up - consistently contact 50-100 patients each day, five days per week, through "pleasant persistence" is required. The ideal candidate loves sales, working with people by phone, face to face, and over email, and enjoys contacting hundreds of people per week, year-round, and is lightning quick on a computer.
3. Additional Responsibilities:
- Organization – Task orientation, timely completion of assignments, and an innate desire to “get things done”. Knowledge of medical software, such as Nextech, Patient Now, Modernizing Medicine, 4D, or Nex Gen is preferred but not required.
- Positivity & Normalcy – we love patient care and seek a bubbly, positive, sunny outlook from our winning candidate who is reasonable and has a high social EQ.
- Whatever it takes attitude with a sales focus – typical M-F schedule with normal hours, but at times more or less is needed. The winning candidate will have significant income upside - with no cap or limit - if results are achieved but must be willing to learn new concepts and unlearn intuitive ideas that do not match with the practice's structure. The selected candidate will report directly to the physician owner and office manager, while receiving coaching from a national sales consulting leader.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-3+ years of sales experience – preferably in cosmetic medical, plastic surgery, or cosmetic dermatology field or similar - ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate prior results and a track record of achievement and leadership on former teams. This position is NOT an administration position. It is a sales position with some administrative work.
- Must be comfortable presenting 5 figure pricing with confidence. A belief in and understanding of how to sell luxury items by appealing to luxury buyers is a must.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Belief in the power of aesthetic surgery to change the lives of appropriate candidates for the better.
- Strong computer and typing skills - typing no less than 40 wpm - with the ability to learn proprietary software for the dental industry quickly.
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills – a commitment to timely task completion without compromising quality is a must.
- Professionalism in dress and presentation, honesty, excellent work ethic, and positive attitude a must.
- Ability to excel individually as well as a productive member of a team.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual pay based on results for year one is composed of base pay and bonuses. Income is uncapped, but typical first year income, which includes both base pay and bonuses can range from $85,000-$105,000+. With superb performance, additional income can be earned in year one. Ability to earn uncapped income in future years is possible, and typical.
