Job Summary:
Market Growth Managers (MGMs) are important leaders and are responsible for the teams that grow patient base in the communities served. MGMs build and manage a team of up to 12 Membership Consultants and 2 Community Relations Specialist.
MGMs manage across multiple clinic locations and are responsible for growth in the entire market, spanning all channels including B2C and B2B sources. MGMs are integral to our new market launches and are one of four members of the Market Leadership Team (MLT). MGMs position their teams for success by developing effective B2B relationships with patient referral sources like health plan distribution leadership, FMOs / independent brokers, and community organizations. They are equally focused on grassroots sales, ensuring their teams are active, organized, and productive in their direct outreach efforts. MGMs are expected to develop market strategy, tailor their team’s approach to each sub-market, review metrics daily, and ensure the Growth team operates systematically & effectively. Prior management experience in Medicare Advantage sales or working with seniors is helpful though not required; we are a new breed of healthcare provider open to great sales leadership from many walks of life.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Supervising, coaching and mentoring a multi-disciplinary team

Position Summary
The Embryologist III plays a key leadership role in all aspects of embryology and IVF laboratory operations. Key Responsibilities
Clinical Laboratory Duties
- Perform advanced ART procedures, including oocyte retrieval assessment, insemination, ICSI, embryo culture, biopsy, vitrification, and thawing.
- Assess embryo and gamete quality; prepare detailed documentation in the EMR/LIMS.
- Execute all aspects of daily embryology workflow with precision and adherence to protocols.
- Conduct quality control, calibration, and validation of laboratory equipment and consumables.
- Ensure compliance with CAP, CLIA, FDA, SART, and institutional standards.
- Maintain meticulous lab records, chain-of-custody documentation, and traceability logs.
Leadership & Training
- Mentor and train junior embryologists, andrology technologists, and trainees.
- Assist in updating SOPs and protocols to align with best practices and new scientific evidence.
- Participate in performance review processes and internal audits.
- Provide on-call and weekend/holiday coverage as part of a rotation schedule.
Research & Development
- Collaborate with the laboratory director and faculty on clinical research, quality improvement, and data analytics projects.
- Contribute to the introduction and validation of emerging technologies (e.g., time-lapse imaging, AI embryo selection, cryo-optimization).
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, clinical laboratory science, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in human embryology with progressive responsibility.
- Demonstrated proficiency in ICSI, vitrification, embryo biopsy, and blastocyst culture.
- Familiarity with CLIA, CAP, and FDA tissue regulations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Preferred:
- Master’s or PhD in reproductive biology, embryology, or related discipline.
- Certification by the American Board of Bioanalysis (ABB) as an Embryology Laboratory Scientist (ELS) or equivalent.
- Prior experience in an academic or high-volume fertility setting.
- Experience mentoring or training junior lab staff.

We are seeking a compassionate, creative, and highly organized Art Therapist to join our hospice’s Grief Support Services team. The ideal candidate will be licensed in the State of Ohio and board-certified in Art Therapy (ATR-BC) with demonstrated experience supporting individuals through grief and/or end-of-life care.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
This role is vital in delivering meaningful, therapeutic art-based programs for grieving adults. The Art Therapist will facilitate group sessions, coordinate quarterly events, and support staff and volunteers with training and resources for creative engagement with families. This position involves some travel in the Northeast Ohio region.
- Facilitate grief support groups using a variety of art modalities, primarily serving grieving adults.
- Plan and lead quarterly art therapy programs tailored to individuals coping with grief and loss.
- Provide training and guidance to hospice staff and volunteers on the use of art activities in family settings.
- Maintain an organized inventory of supplies, ordering and preparing materials as needed.
- Track attendance and maintain up-to-date rosters for all support group participants.
- Collaborate with the bereavement team to develop meaningful and diverse offerings for the community.
- Assist in gathering information and supporting efforts to identify grant funding opportunities.
- Maintain professional documentation and follow ethical and clinical guidelines as outlined by licensing boards.
SUCCESS CAPABILITIES:
- Master’s degree in Art Therapy or related field.
- Licensed in the State of Ohio to practice art therapy.
- Board Certified (ATR-BC) through the Art Therapy Credentials Board.
- Experience in grief counseling, bereavement, or end-of-life care settings strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage compassionately with individuals in emotional distress.
- Skilled in a wide range of art mediums and comfortable tailoring creative activities to diverse groups.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain organized records.

As a Project Engineer, your key responsibilities are to assist the project manager and/or superintendent in one or more aspects of a construction project.
- Coordination with Subs, vendors, suppliers, and Independence Construction project team.
- Administer and monitor compliance with construction contracts with Owners, subcontractors and vendors.
- Coordinate and expedite materials and services for the job site, in conjunction with superintendent.
- Schedule and manage meetings throughout each phase of construction and preconstruction.
- Assist the PM with the management of Project Budget, Budget Revisions, Cost Projections, and Cash Flow Projections. Assist with the generation of reports.
- Review and coordinate structural, architectural and MEP drawings throughout the project.
- Assist PM in the oversight and management of change management processes.
- Collect and analyze the trade contractor proposal for scope changes.
- Review and negotiate the cost for the change in scope to ensure the pricing is accurate and fair for the change in work.
- Log the change management to the correct cost codes.
- Issue the subcontract change order upon approval of the change by Owner and PM.
- Responsible for the entire RFI process (initiate, review the response, maintain a log and distribute to team as appropriate.
- Responsible for the entire submittal process (initiate, review the submittal, maintain a log and distribute to team as appropriate upon approvals.
- Responsible to keep accurate and current at all times the drawing log, submittal log, and RFI log.
- Coordinate all project meetings with PM and Superintendent prior to the start of project.

- Collect, review and process subcontractor payment applications as assigned by the PM. Assist in compiling owner payment applications.
- Assist the Superintendent and PM as requested in creating and updating the Master Schedule.

- Assist PM and Superintendent with Close-out process.
- Assist with the preliminary punch list process.

Under close supervision, the employee will learn to perform routine aspects of estimating assignments to acquire the basic principles of estimating. Sections of a total project estimate will be delegated to the employee to prepare estimated quantities and costs.
