Position: Senior Project Manager – Pharma Manufacturing Tech Transfer

Duration: 12-36 months

Location: Remote with occasional onsite in 60087 - Waukegan

I am looking for a hands-on Sr Project Manager (8–12 years experience) to lead tech transfer and manufacturing rollout initiatives in a regulated pharma environment.

This is NOT an IT or ERP role — it’s focused on manufacturing execution, validation, and site readiness.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused manufacturing PM role. You will manage projects and coordinate across plant-facing and cross functional teams.

Overview of Responsibilities

• Lead tech transfer from development into manufacturing
• Manage multi-site rollout and validation activities
• Drive integrated timelines across Manufacturing, QA, Engineering, and Ops
• Own risk tracking, milestones, and execution
• Support commercial launch and operational readiness

QUALIFICATIONS

• PMP or equivalent certification is prefered
• Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry, manufacturing, pharma, mechanical or electrical or engineering
• Pharma or cGMP manufacturing background
• Experience with tech transfer, validation, or product rollout
• Strong cross-functional leadership (plant + QA + engineering)
• Ability to bring structure to complex, fast-moving programs
• Engineering or scientific degree preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement.
• Serve as a one stop resource for customers, providing them with relevant product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and to share relevant activity, community, and product knowledge to create a memorable and valuable experience for the customer.
• Achieve sales and productivity goals by utilizing all available resources to meet the customers' needs.
• Assist in the execution and maintenance of visual directives and standards, including but not limited to merchandise presentation, housekeeping, product replenishment.
• Assume cashier duties as needed.
• Assist in the execution of all Loss Prevention initiatives.
• Assist in the overall visual and operational maintenance of the store.

Required:

• Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to collaborate, work as a team, and be adaptable in the workplace.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge, experience and/or willingness to learn about the products, activities, community relevant to the store's customer base.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and software programs.

Preferred:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Operate office equipment and technology (i.e., computers, tablets, phones, copier, etc.)
• Standing required for entire work shift.
• Bend, lift, open and move product up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Use ladders for visual merchandising, light adjustments, and window banner placement.

Hiring Range: $14.72 - $22.08 USD per hour

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides direct and indirect nursing care to patients in the Ambulatory setting in accordance with University Health policies and standards. Supports and promotes University Health values to ensure patient/guest relations. Performs the nursing process in a safe therapeutic manner in a designated clinic setting. Maintains, facilitates and promotes department policies and standards.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Graduation from an accredited school of vocational nursing is required. Starting pay varies based on experience; entry up to 2 years, 2-3 years and 4 years or more experience in health care delivery as an LVN. PALS and ACLS certification may be required based on site location.

LICENSURE

Must possess a current license to practice Vocational Nursing in the State of Texas. Must have a current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider or AHA BLS Instructor Provider card.
