Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy detail-oriented Executive Assistant to act as a force multiplier for our partnership team. This isn’t a "sit back and wait" role; we need a proactive partner who can manage complex calendars, oversee sales deal flow, and keep our financial accuracy in tight order. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the "ownership" mentality required to drive projects to completion without constant supervision.

Core Responsibilities
- Manage light bookkeeping and expense reimbursements.
- Provide oversight into active sales deals, ensuring that stakeholders are updated and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and alert leadership to bottlenecks or urgent priorities.
- Manage a complex, fast-moving calendar, prioritizing high-value meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner follow-ups, ensuring external relationships are nurtured, and tasks are executed.
Administrative Excellence:
- Anticipate needs before they arise and take initiative to solve problems.
- Draft high-level correspondence and ensure the executive’s time is spent on the highest-priority tasks.
Key Requirements & Skills
Experience: 3+ years in an EA, Operations, or Project Coordination role.
Financial Literacy: Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and budget coordination.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in (xx) and advanced scheduling tools.

The firm has delivered multiple residential developments and continues to expand its footprint across high-barrier markets, supported by strong relationships with institutional lenders and capital partners.
With several new projects underway and a growing development pipeline, the company is seeking an experienced Senior PM to lead complex residential construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
Position Overview
The Sr PM will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of largescale residential development projects, including preconstruction planning, budgeting, design coordination, construction oversight, and project closeout.
This individual will work closely with internal development leadership, consultants, contractors, and lenders to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects through all phases including predevelopment, design coordination, permitting, construction, and closeout.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial reporting to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to maintain project milestones.
- Oversee construction progress, quality control, and field coordination throughout the build.
- Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Work with internal development and finance teams to support lender reporting and capital partner requirements.
- Identify risks and proactively implement solutions to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Lead regular project meetings with stakeholders and provide updates to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- 8 to 15+ years of experience in ground up residential or mixed use construction and development.
- Strong experience managing multifamily, condo, or townhouse developments.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and consultants.
- Experience overseeing budgets, schedules, contracts, and construction execution.
- Strong knowledge of local development and permitting processes preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
