Basic Job Functions: The role of Human Resources Administrator includes but is not limited to providing support on all Human Resources matters, processing payroll, benefit assistance, orientation/onboarding, maintaining teammate files, assisting teammates with day-to-day inquiries and other duties as assigned.
The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities is crucial.
This position will demonstrate a high level of customer service and confidentiality while proactively communicating and completing follow through with teammates and other customers.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field OR 4+ years of Human Resources experience Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products No relatives employed at Vulcraft Nebraska or Nucor Detailing Center (Nucor Corporation Policy No 21 B 3) Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of payroll experience Experience using SAP/Success Factors

- Must have ACLS, PALS, ATLS or willing to obtain
- Covid vaccine required
- Big on Blocks, willing to train
- Rotate between their surgery center and OR, all on same campus
- Work at a level III trauma center
- Procedures such as: OB, C-section, epidural, trauma, joint + hand graph cases, central lines, endoscopy, and more
- EMR: Epic
