The Admission’s Community Liaison is responsible for being the primary contact with patients and their family members during the referral and admission process.

They provide education on post-acute rehabilitation, outcomes and benefits of St.

Luke’s Acute Rehabilitation Centers (ARC).

They participate in community outreach and marketing programs.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as a contact person with patients referred to St.

Luke’s Acute Rehab Centers (ARC) and their family members Provides education on the most current outcomes and benefits of St.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide full range of dental care services to Star Community Health's dental patients at the highest level of Dental Hygiene licensure.

Perform the day-to-day operations of the Dental Clinic including directing front desk assistants, scheduling, claim/charge entry, and ensures quality and regulatory compliance.

Perform x-ray, equipment maintenance, occasional sterile processing and other clinical processes necessary for the operation of the Dental Clinic.

Attend mandated network and departmental meetings and functions.

Maintain compliance with department policy regarding accurate and timely patient charting in the electronic medical records system.

Assist the Clinic Dentists when they are present in the clinic providing care.

Maintain confidentiality of all materials handled within the network/entity as well as the proper release of information.

Comply with network and departmental policies regarding issues of employee, patient and environmental safety and follows appropriate reporting requirements.

Monitor and comply with all infection control and safety procedures.

Participate in Quality Improvement process and offer suggestions to improve work methods or procedures.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Delivers professional care to patients under direct supervision of RN Assists the physician in performing various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the Electrophysiology Lab and other departments relating to electrophysiology studies Provides accurate documentation of care provided in accordance with Hospital and Electrophysiology Lab policies and procedures Demonstrates understanding of the actions of specific medications utilized in the Electrophysiology Lab and comprehends indications for usage Monitors hemodynamic status of patients and responds appropriately to fluctuation of parameters Demonstrates understanding of all equipment in the Electrophysiology Lab, including but not limited to pacemakers, implantable cardioverters/defibrillators, external defibrillators, interrogation devices, Prucka hemodynamic monitoring system, stimulator and radiofrequency generator, and Carto system Demonstrates proficiency in maintaining hemostasis of access sites Demonstrates proficiency in the operation of equipment utilized in the Electrophysiology Lab PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS: Standing for up to 8 hours per day in 4-hour increments while wearing up to 20 lbs.

EDUCATION: Registered Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist, or CIS who is Registry eligible, Graduate of a program related to procedures performed in the Electrophysiology Lab or previous experience in the interpretation of electrocardiograms and management of patients with permanent pacemakers or implanted cardioverters / defibrillators.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Previous Electrophysiology Lab experience preferred.

The Surgical Technician Certified handles the instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during surgical procedures.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Checks supplies and equipment needed for surgical procedure Scrubs, gowns, and gloves self and members of the surgical team Sets up sterile table with instruments, supplies, equipment, and medications/solutions needed for procedure and ensures they are in good working condition Performs appropriate counts with circulator prior to the operation and before incision is closed Assists with draping sterile field Passes instruments, retractors and suture etc., to surgeon during procedure Demonstrates ability to anticipate need of the surgical team Maintains highest standard of sterile technique during procedure Handles surgical specimens appropriately and safely Handles sharps and mediations following OR safety policies PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS: Sit up to 1 hour per day.
