General Medicine physician needed for a locum practice in Idaho Coverage dates: ASAP
- Ongoing Block-time availability is preferred but willing to accept providers with sporadic availability
- will be on an as-needed basis.
Willing to accept these specialties: family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, etc, or anyone with a background in general medicine, or experience with compensation and pension.
Exams are primarily interview-based with some physical assessment: range of motion testing, muscle strength testing.
No prescribing, no treatment Use of Goniometer required Familiar with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio required Follow up administrative work will be required on a regular basis (addendums, medical opinions, and reading diagnostics) The ideal candidate must be Board Certified Located near CENTER JUNCTION, IA.

About the Role
The Clinical Director serves as the clinical leader of Oakstone Hospice in Idaho Falls, responsible for overseeing all patient care services, ensuring compliance, and managing the performance of the clinical team. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on maintaining high standards of care, supporting the existing team, and ensuring operations run smoothly day to day. The Clinical Director will work closely with executive leadership and play a key role in sustaining and elevating clinical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee patient care and clinical operations
- Ensure compliance with all hospice regulations
- Lead IDT meetings and coordinate care
- Manage and support clinical team performance
- Maintain accurate documentation and survey readiness
- Handle escalated patient and family concerns
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license (Idaho or eligible)
- Hospice experience preferred
- Prior leadership experience
- Strong clinical judgment
