Overview
Power the data centers, hospitals, and other mission-critical facilities of tomorrow-designing both rugged rental products and stationary generator-set packages that keep them online. As an Engineering Detailer/Drafter you'll work in a unique manufacturing and dealer environment, leveraging AutoCAD and Inventor skills to create and detail drawings for parts, weldments and assemblies.
Basic Duties
- Create clear 2D/3D drawings for skids, bases, enclosures, fuel/cooling/exhaust, and wiring layouts using company CAD standards.
- Turn engineer/customer inputs into buildready fabrication drawings and BOMs.
- Work with Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and the Fab Shop to resolve questions and keep drawings productionready.
- Keep drawing sets current-apply redlines, revisions, and asbuilt updates; maintain files and version control.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with Inventor and Autocad in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with Caterpillar toolsets (CAT ET, CAT Monitoring Software, SIS Web, TMI, EDDC) is highly desirable.
- Working knowledge of diesel- and natural-gas generator sets is preferred, not required.
- Expert-level 2D drafting in AutoCAD; 3D modeling experience required in the last year (Inventor preferred, or comparable platforms accepted)
- Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized, flexible and have the ability to work necessary hours in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

- Enter all rental contracts, billing statements/invoices.

Qualifications
- 2 years of previous construction equipment experience needed.
- General knowledge of construction equipment needed.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literate and proficient with programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook required. Knowledge of DBS preferred
- Good organizational skills with excellent communication skills (verbally & written) is required.
- Must be well organized and able to meet challenging deadlines.
- Previous customer service experience is required.
- Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred
- Ability to lift 75 lbs safely.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with clean driving record (Motor Vehicle will be performed on final candidate)

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
This position works in an office environment and Warehouse environment. May, on a continuous basis, sit at desk for a long period of time; intermittently answer telephone and write or use a keyboard to communicate through written means. May, on a continuous basis be out in the warehouse to pick inventory or to re-stock inventory. Walking, climb, squat, twist (general range of motion movements) and lifting up to 75 lbs. may be required. The noise level in the office environment is usually moderate to low and the noise level in the warehouse is usually moderate to high. Must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed. Occasional travel is required, 30% of travel is needed. Basic Duties
- Review expense books, credit card receipts, training expenses, benefit expenses, accident forms and follow-up, and completes these forms for service manager approval.
- Assists field supervisors with job schedules, job openings, proper tax codes, repair progress, job review, work order notes, service report review, and invoicing.
- Also assists with work-in-progress review, credit returns, Reman cores, expense issues relating to daily activity in Service Office.
- Obtains backup material for warranty and policy reference material, as well as flat rates, standard jobs, and CSA pricing and scheduling.
- Perform back-up duties for service department phones, payroll review and entry, work order entry, and service office organization & appearance.
- Provide admin support to field service staff.
- An additional role would include lube truck technician dispatching.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an executive assistant or previous accounting/payroll experience required.
- Ability to read/ interpret documents such as service literature and procedure manuals.
- Knowledge of how to write and complete routine reports and correspondence forms.
- Must be able to handle general math to calculate figures and amounts, basic statistical reports and knowledge of how to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Computer literate and proficient with programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook required.
- Ability to handle and problem solve service issues that might occur in a professional manner.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and customer service skills are needed creative
- Must be team oriented and willing to adapt to change.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must have a valid driver's license (Motor Vehicle Report will be performed on final candidate)
