This role is responsible for the clinical leadership, quality assurance, and operational oversight of the Emergency Department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of performance improvement and quality assurance initiatives within the ED.
- Foster a positive, progressive, and collaborative environment among emergency medicine physicians, APPs, nursing leadership, and hospital administration.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-quality emergency medicine providers.
