JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for managing the dairy department, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer service. This includes overseeing inventory management, merchandising, and daily staff operations.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:

1) Verify all deliveries against invoices and note any shortages or overages and report them to the appropriate personnel.

2) Responsible for price changes within the department.

3) Maintain an acceptable inventory level by using proper ordering techniques.

4) Plan and implement product displays, promotions, and layout designs to increase sales and improve customer experience, as directed by the Store Director.

5) Properly rotate products to control freshness and remove out-of-code items from the inventory system.

6) Maintenance of temporary price reduction of certain products.

7) Communicate temperature failure of cases, shelves, and storage areas to manager in charge.

8) Control damaged merchandise by calling in any damages and properly storing damages for sales representatives.

9) Maintain good customer relations.

10) Supervise and train dairy department staff.

11) Greet all customers to our store and be observant while working.

12) Abide by all company policies as stated in the Employee Handbook.

SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTION:

1) Transport products to storage areas, and to sales floor.

2) Maintain shelves and cases to ensure customer satisfaction.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

1) Ability to read and write to properly tag merchandise, ordering, and maintaining inventory levels.

2) Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

3) Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds thirty percent (30%) of the time.

Your Role: As a Customer Service Associate II, you'll be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of your assigned store, from merchandising to supporting customers. While focusing on providing a clean, welcoming environment, you will be fully cross-trained to support the cash register and able to switch to front-end duties as needed. Your day-to-day job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner in accordance with productivity standards
• Merchandising and stocking as needed
• Assisting with cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable

Your Skills and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred. Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required. Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation. Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required. Strong organizational and communication skills are required. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required. High level of integrity is required. Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.

Description:

The saw operator is responsible for the safe operation, maintenance, and cutting of stainless steel and nickel alloys per customer specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Take primary responsibility for operation and maintenance of the bar saw machine to include Production, Quality, accuracy of Production Logs, and BT/Travelers/Programs.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance as needed.
• Assist maintenance whenever requested or directed.
• Monitor your machines consumables. Cut and remove scrap. Report any deficiencies.
• Use plates, bars, rems, and programs as specified by Production Control. Prior approval for any changes.
• Work with QA department on all matters of quality to include quality of cut parts, cutting tolerances, quality statistics and ISO 9000 certification.
• Ensure that safe work practices are maintained always within your work section and always adhere to safety requirements and wear required protective equipment.
• Control the neat, orderly and accurate storage of all bar inventory in the plant.
• Organize the work area of your machines. All tools should be put away in an orderly manner.
• Maintain and constantly improve upon the cleanliness of your section.
• Perform other reasonable tasks as requested by the Operations Manager or the floor supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to read and write English
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, stoop, and reach
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides direct and indirect nursing care to patients in the Ambulatory setting in accordance with University Health policies and standards. Supports and promotes University Health values to ensure patient/guest relations. Performs the nursing process in a safe therapeutic manner in a designated clinic setting. Maintains, facilitates and promotes department policies and standards.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Graduation from an accredited school of vocational nursing is required. Starting pay varies based on experience; entry up to 2 years, 2-3 years and 4 years or more experience in health care delivery as an LVN. PALS and ACLS certification may be required based on site location.

LICENSURE

Must possess a current license to practice Vocational Nursing in the State of Texas. Must have a current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider or AHA BLS Instructor Provider card.
