This role requires strong blueprint reading, first-article inspection capability, and the ability to troubleshoot programs and tooling issues.
Location: Glendale Heights, IL | Onsite | 1st or 2nd Shift Core Responsibilities & Required Experience This is a hands-on machining role for someone comfortable running production independently.
What You Will Do • Set up and operate CNC lathes (multi-axis, live tooling preferred) • Load programs and make offsets as needed • Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T • Perform first-article inspections and in-process checks • Troubleshoot tooling, program, and machine issues • Maintain quality and production standards What You Bring • 3+ years CNC lathe setup experience • Experience with multi-axis lathes and live tooling preferred • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments • Experience making program edits or conversational programming • Strong attention to detail and quality Interested in hearing more?
