In a nutshell:

The Technical Trainer is responsible for providing high-quality training to customers on the proper use, maintenance, and operation of equipment. This role involves both classroom instruction and hands-on training to ensure customers can effectively utilize the equipment and software to maximize its performance, safety, and longevity. The trainer will also be tasked with creating training materials, maintaining training records, and assessing the effectiveness of training programs.

Key tasks and Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site and/or virtual training sessions for customers on the proper use of equipment and/or software.
• Provide both theoretical and practical instruction on equipment operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Deliver training on safety procedures and best practices to minimize risk and ensure compliance.
• Adjust training methods to accommodate varying skill levels and customer needs.
• Design and develop training materials, including user guides, presentations, and e-learning modules.
• Regularly update training content to reflect changes in equipment technology, features, or industry standards.
• Ensure training programs align with company goals and customer requirements.
• Provide follow-up support to ensure customers are effectively implementing training and using equipment correctly.
• Assess customer understanding and competency through evaluations, assessments, and hands-on demonstrations.
• Collect feedback from customers to improve training effectiveness and content.
• Maintain accurate records of all training sessions, including attendance, assessments, and feedback.
• Track customer satisfaction and effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, equipment technologies, and training techniques.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and collaborate with other trainers to share best practices.

Your education & experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in training, preferably within an equipment or technical field.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, complemented by a focus on setting goals and driving plans into action.?
• Hands-on experience with the equipment or products being trained on is highly preferred.

Reporting into the EVP/COO Enesco, the Director of Logistics will lead and optimize operations by focusing on managing inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness while maintaining high service levels. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with brokerage services, contract negotiation, customs processes, and distribution center interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize the flow of goods from suppliers to distribution centers and from distribution centers to retail locations.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, minimizing delays and disruptions.
• Leverage brokerage services to facilitate efficient transportation solutions.
• Evaluate and select appropriate service providers based on performance metrics.
• Negotiate contracts and freight rates with carriers and service providers.
• Monitor market trends to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and manage customs documentation.
• Collaborate with customs brokers to facilitate smooth cross-border shipments.
• Coordinate with distribution centers to ensure alignment with logistics strategies.
• Implement best practices for inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Oversee the order management process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
• Establish and maintain transloading and cross-docking initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency.
• Analyze and report on project performance, make adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in logistics management within a retail/wholesale environment.
• Proven expertise in inbound and outbound logistics, brokerage services, and customs processes.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of managing freight rates and contracts.
• Experience with order management systems and processes.
• Familiarity with transloading and cross-docking projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

The salary on offer for this hybrid position will be $150,000.00 per year.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Administer, maintain, and support Epicor ERP environments (Epicor 9, Epicor 10, and Kinetic).

Manage system configuration, user security, roles, permissions, and licensing.

Perform upgrades, patches, and version migrations, including support for Kinetic transition initiatives.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.

Support Epicor modules such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, MRP, Purchasing, Inventory, and Production (as applicable).

Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations or enhancements.

Develop, maintain, and optimize BAQs, dashboards, reports, and forms.

Manage integrations between Epicor and third-party systems (EDI, MES, WMS, CRM, etc.).

Oversee data management, backups, disaster recovery planning, and system documentation.

Coordinate with Epicor vendors/partners on support tickets, upgrades, and best practices.

Provide end-user training, documentation, and Tier 2/3 support.

Ensure system security, compliance, and audit readiness.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and ERP roadmap planning.

Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience administering Epicor ERP (Epicor 9 and/or Epicor 10; Kinetic strongly preferred).

Strong understanding of Epicor architecture, application server, database, and client deployment.

Experience with SQL Server (queries, performance troubleshooting, data validation).

Proven experience with Epicor security, BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, and customizations.

Experience supporting ERP upgrades and system migrations.

Solid understanding of manufacturing and/or distribution business processes.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
