Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field
• 2–4 years of mechanical engineering experience (3 years ideal, but slightly higher experience considered)
• Natural technical curiosity — someone who digs into the reasoning behind engineering decisions
• Ability to take initiative in learning new concepts, tools, and design approaches
• Strong hands-on mechanical aptitude — “engineer’s engineer” mindset
• Examples could include automotive work, mechanical hobbies, Formula SAE involvement, etc.
• Experience in machine design or equipment used in industrial applications
• Useful backgrounds may include pumps, motors, valves, hydraulics, pneumatics, cylinders, eletro-mechanical systems
• Knowledge of metal fabrication, machining processes, and welding principles
• Experience designing steel structures or weldments
• SolidWorks proficiency (preferred, but training can be provided)

EXL Risk Control is looking for self-directed independent contractors who possess excellent

communication skills, computer proficiency, and a commitment to meeting client quality and

timeliness standards. You will work from your own home or office, and service onsite

survey/inspection assignments in the East Elgin, IL area, and other locations within approximately 45 miles of East Elgin.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for scheduling on-site surveys and providing risk control reports to

insurance industry clients. These reports contain information necessary to underwrite a

commercial insurance policy and may include recommendations to control and/or correct

potential loss producing conditions associated with that policy. You will be expected to

manage assignments you accept, successfully secure customer appointments within a

local territory and complete work assignments on time.

Our Risk Control Inspectors evaluate businesses behind the scenes to identify hazards and

improve safety, mitigating risks for our insurance company clients. The type of businesses

we survey are commercial operations, including retail, restaurants, hotels, apartments,

construction jobsites, churches, schools, etc. Most surveys are focused on assessing the

business for Property and General Liability coverage, but we also service other commercial

insurance lines of business including Workers Compensation, Auto/Fleet, Products Liability,

Inland Marine and Builders Risk.

Qualifications

Preferred experience in commercial insurance, real estate, inspection, construction, claim,

loss control, underwriting, and/or fire and safety experience is a plus, but all interested

candidates are encouraged to submit their qualifications. In lieu of experience, we can refer

you to a 15-hour online certification option to qualify you. Fees are negotiable depending on

experience and the unique aspects of selected jobs.

In this role, you will:

• Ensure compliance with applicable securities laws and regulations governing funds, such as the Investment Company Act of 1940.
• Help manage a core group of funds and assist in the creation and registration of funds.
• Review registration statements and annual shareholder reports.
• Attend board meetings and review board materials, and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and manage risks associated with fund operations and conduct due diligence for potential investments, ensuring that funds are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct legal due diligence for corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
• Perform tasks assigned by Senior Corporate Counsel.
• Oversee alternative investment private offering platform processes for offering private funds (Reg D, 506(c)).
• Ensure suitability analysis and Reg BI compliance for investors.
• Provide compliance oversight for non-traded REITs, DSTs, tender/interval funds and co-investment vehicles.
• Review PPMs, fund offering documents, and marketing materials for compliance with SEC/FINRA rules.

Must Have Skills:

• 5+ years of Corporate Experience in either Securities, Financial Services, or broker-dealer or securities compliance with emphasis on private funds.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Compliance Experience is a major plus!
• FINRA licenses: Series 24 (Series 7/63/66 strongly preferred).
• Experience with Investment Advisors Act, Investment Company Act of 1940, SEC, FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority)
• Private Equity Experience is a plus!
• Experience with non-traded REITs, DSTs, private offerings and investments, and closed-end funds.

Nurse Practitioners see patients independently and collaborate with physicians, depending on the patient’s specific situation. Nurse Practitioners provide longitudinal care and build meaningful patient relationships; this creates trust and helps our patients understand and feel connected to their care plan.

Nurse Practitioners practice in our outpatient practices on a collaborative care team composed of a physician, nurse practitioner or physician assistant, medical assistants, a dedicated medical scribe, and support from registered nurses and care managers. We partner with a network of elite specialists and hospitals for specialty and acute care. As such, our healthcare providers can focus on care within the clinic: primary care, care coordination, and population health.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provision of exceptional primary care.
• Conduct office visits for routine and acute issues.
• Administer Annual wellness visits and health risk assessments, which require a holistic view of health and a focus on thoughtful, accurate, and specific documentation.

Primary Purpose of Position

Responsible for execution of reactor turbine generator project teams to support safe, reliable, and efficient outage activities consistent with Constellation goals. Implements standardization of outage processes and procedures across assigned Constellation Clean Energy Centers (CECs). Reinforces standards and expectations for Outage Services personnel and other personnel who interface with Outage Services to establish an error free and professional work environment.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities

• Perform development of detailed plans, identification and assignment of personnel, and development of detailed work scope. Develop scope schedule and budget with the life cycle cost management system.
• Apply expert knowledge in execution of refueling outage services at assigned CEC. Provide primary communication with client CEC management and major vendor service organization.
• Direct project completion and close out of financial and technical documentation. Provide fiscal data and promote fiscal accountability among all project participants
• Responsible for continuous improvement initiatives and promoting these improvement initiatives among all project participants at CECs.
• Responsible to effectively communicate technical, financial, and work progress status to all levels of corporate and CEC management.
• Reinforce appropriate fundamental behaviors in area of assigned responsibility. Includes administering coaching, mentoring, and performance management for managers and employees

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of power generation experience OR
• Associate's degree with 10 years of power generation experience OR
• High school diploma/GED with 12 years of power generation experience
• Demonstrated leadership in a minimum of 3 refueling outages
• Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties

• Managerial experience i.e - strategic planning and responsibility in setting goals and managing budgets
• Turbine/generator experience
