OTTO's opportunity:
OurAssembler 1st shift will provide a variety of manufacturing duties.
Specifically, the Assembler 1st shift will:
- Able to assemble a limited variety of parts involving few details
- Required to use light bench equipment, simple hand and power tools and assembly/test fixtures
- Able to perform simple adjustments
- Capable of interpreting routers, bill of materials, and portions of blueprints to build easy to medium assemblies
- Assist with other related duties as required or assigned
What you'll need to bring to the table:
- No previous experience
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Basic communication skills
- Requires ability to differentiate between colors on certain jobs in this classification
- Bona Fide Occupational Qualification: Visual acuity test and color vision screening will be performed after offer/acceptance of position. Hiring is contingent upon a passing score of 20/25 (in both eyes) and passing of the color screen

- Hourly rate: $15.25 per hour
- Profit Sharing Bonus - OTTO believes that it's fair to share the profits that the employees help to make; profit sharing is distributed to employees twice a year. OTTO's profit sharing plan is paid at the discretion of the company and is not a guaranteed bonus or any part of a compensation plan.
- Vacation:five days after 30 days of employment and 80 hours at 1 year - vacation time is earned on the anniversary date.

Class A CDL Truck Driver Description:
- $0.72 cents / per mile
- $24.46 / per stop
- $29.12 / per hourly delay (*billed in 0.25 hour intervals after 15 minutes)
- $30.00 / per layover / per diem
- Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Drivers will typically leave with their first route on Monday and can be out for 24 days, depending on the route. Between 3-10 stops.
- Start times between 7:30am and 1:30pm
- 1200-1600 average miles per week
- Automatic transmission / Dry Van
- Moderate touch deliveries. Drivers will pull the bikes to the end of the trailer, and the location forklift driver will lower the bikes to the ground.
- Looking for drivers who are tech-savvy, as they will need to upload BOLs through our mobile app and take photos of any damages during deliveries.
