Responsibilities
Sales and Service
- Deliver individual sales budget by maximizing all selling opportunities
- Create a positive and rewarding client experience, that is warm and hospitable in all customer interactions

Qualifications
- Previous retail or luxury retail sales or relevant clientele focused experience

The expected base salary for this role is $21.00 - $25.00/hour, plus commission.

POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT (defines the major functions/purpose of the position)
The Selling Supervisor (Sales Manager) supports the Store Manager and the store team through effective execution of sales plans and assists with operational management tasks while being responsible for their own personal sales goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assists Store Manager with developing and implementing a strategic plan to achieve store business goals
• Responsible for meeting or exceeding personal sales and KPI goals
• Actively develops new clients by finding new ways to enhance and develop business and maintains existing clients
• Maintains client book (CRM) to standard and generates sales by utilizing the client book through appointments, consignment and daily correspondence and follow up with clients
• Effectively captures client data for connecting with clients and building relationships
• Completes outreach to connect with clients on a regular basis
• Demonstrates strong product knowledge and keeps updated on new St. John product, marketplace and fashion trends

- Experience in Amazon Brand Management, e-commerce strategy, and familiarity with Amazon Seller Central
- Proficiency in marketing and advertising, including digital marketing, PPC campaigns, and Amazon Ads
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with performance metrics for data-driven optimization
- Proven abilities in content creation, product listings optimization, and customer-focused messaging
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including partner management and internal team collaboration
- Adaptability to changing e-commerce trends and ability to implement innovative solutions
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects effectively and meeting deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in logistics or inventory management is a plus
