The Johns Hopkins Hospital Surgical Progressive Care Unit is a 32-bed general surgical unit. The unit offers three levels of care: Floor, Telemetry, and Intermediate Medical Care (IMC). Services provided:IMC patient arrythmia management, BiPAP/CPAP, bedside bronchoscopy, Thoracic surgery (lung resections, pneumonectomy, esophagectomy), Trauma, Urology(RRP, TURP), and variety of other general surgery patients. You will help lead different initiatives and support the Nurse Manager in the day-to-day operations of the unit, provide resources to staff and help provide patient care. This role is vital in ensuring the unit runs smoothly.
The Lead Clinical Nurse (RN) provides guidance and direction to staff and acts in the absence of the Assistant Nurse Manager/Nurse Manager to oversee a clinical team during care delivery and unit operations.

Qualifications:
- BSN/MSN from an accredited nursing program required.

The person will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, shooting and editing cutting edge commercials for our clients.
Live production experience is a plus.
Responsibilities: Direct and shoot local commercials and PSAs in-studio and on location using MILC (mirrorless) and other prominent camera types.
Edit commercials, PSAs and occasional long-form videos Manage commercial productions from start to finish Prepare graphics, footage, and other assets for projects Operate studio equipment including lights, cameras, audio, chromakey walls, etc.
