Position Overview:

The Trial Attorney will manage a caseload of complex personal injury matters and take cases through all phases of litigation, including trial. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling depositions, arguing motions, and presenting cases in front of juries.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-value cases while collaborating with an experienced litigation team and support staff.

Responsibilities:

• Manage personal injury cases from litigation through trial
• Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
• Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions
• Develop case strategy and trial preparation plans
• Prepare witnesses and clients for testimony
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials
• Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and support staff
• Maintain strong client communication and case updates

Qualifications:

• Active license and good standing with the California State Bar
• 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience
• Trial experience strongly preferred (first or second chair)

This full-time remote Family Law Attorney role involves providing legal support and representation to clients in family law matters. Responsibilities include drafting legal pleadings, managing divorce and custody cases, and communicating with clients regarding their rights and options. Attendance in court hearings, depositions, and mediation sessions may also be required, along with handling sensitive and confidential legal matters.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of family law, including custody, visitation, child support, spousal support, and property division

• Consults senior management to set priorities and goals. Provides leadership to staff, giving direction and guidance to managers and staff, as appropriate. Analyzes and interprets complex data sets and reports, like variance analyses, financial and quality information and population specific reports.
• Establishes strategic and tactical plans for clinical services, new programs and human resource allocation. Monitors personnel performance within patient care and activities to ensure adequate patient care and work quality.
• Directs and implements hiring processes, counseling, discipline and performance management for unit staff. Establishes staffing and scheduling systems and hires and develops staff to ensure sufficient competencies to provide optimum patient care.
• Maintains 24-hour accountability and authority for decisions regarding patient care, unit operations and personnel management. Provides leadership for areas involving fiscal control, quality service, staff development and physician relations.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
