Join Conduent as a Client Monitoring Field Specialist and help support participants across your assigned region in Louisiana. This role requires daily travel and in-person visits to monitor services and ensure program requirements are met. You will complete about 10 in-person visits per day, update client records, and report any participant changes or concerns. This position is ideal for someone who works well independently, stays organized, and manages time effectively.

Duty location impacts pay rates; locality pay for federal law enforcement is higher in some locations than others. A fully trained BPA may be eligible for up to an additional 25% of base pay per the BPA Pay Reform Act of 2014. Duties and Responsibilities
As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation’s economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.
Typical assignments include:

Qualifications
You qualify for the GL-5 grade level if you possess one of the following:
Experience: One (1) year of general work experience that demonstrates the ability to take charge, make sound decisions, and maintain composure in stressful situations; to learn regulations, methods, and techniques through classroom training and/or on-the-job instruction; and the ability to gather concise information through questioning, observation, and examination of documents and records; OR
Education Substitution: A bachelor's degree or successful completion of a full four-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; OR
Combination of Experience and Education: A combination of general work experience AND successfully completed college education. This will be calculated using your resume and official or unofficial transcripts submitted with your application.
You qualify for the GL-7 grade level if you possess one of the following:
Experience: One year of specialized work experience that shows you have the skills necessary to:
- Make sound judgments and decisions in the use of firearms.
- Deal effectively with people in a courteous and tactful manner in connection with law enforcement matters.
- Analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions where you will be expected to make arrests after the completion of required training and apply these skills in a law enforcement capacity such as criminal code enforcement, determining violations of laws, correctional or rehabilitation work involving criminal offenders, security, military, etc.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
Education Substitution for the GL-7 grade level: A bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement, which is based on (1) class standing, (2) grade-point average (i.e., GPA of 3.0 or higher out of a possible 4.0), or (3) honor society membership. Or will receive a bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement. Or one full year of graduate-level education in a field of study related to law enforcement (e.g., criminal justice, homeland security, justice studies, law enforcement, courts and judicial systems, forensic technology, forensic psychology, or corrections and rehabilitation) from an accredited college or university; OR

A woman is not required to fall within a particular age range to serve as a surrogate, but most intended parents prefer a surrogate under the age of 40. For more information on surrogacy please see the documents on the left side of this page.
In Texas, there is a judicial process for validating the Gestational Contract (the contract between the intended parents and the surrogate). Included within the various requirements for having a Gestational Contract validated by a Texas court is that the intended parents must be married and the surrogate must have previously carried a child to term. Additionally, there are residency requirements that apply to either the surrogate or the intended parents, but not both.
Compensation for a surrogate services generally starts in the range of $35,000 - $40,000, for base compensation with over all fees up to 70k, in many cases. The amount of compensation is dependent upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, whether the surrogate carries twins, what procedures a surrogate is required to undergo and whether the delivery is vaginally or by cesarean section.
About the Role:
We are hiring on behalf of a leading pre-stressed concrete manufacturer for a Pre-stressed Concrete Production Foreman to lead their production team in manufacturing high-quality pre-stressed concrete products, including beams, columns, and panels. This hands-on supervisory role is essential to ensuring safe, efficient, and precise operations that meet production schedules and quality standards. The Foreman serves as the key link between laborers, finishers, quality control, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate production crews involved in forming, reinforcing, pouring, tensioning, stressing, and finishing pre-stressed concrete products.
- Ensure production schedules and quality standards are consistently met.
- Mentor and manage yard employees, including laborers, finishers, and crew leaders.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training as needed.
- Enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct quality checks and coordinate with QC to resolve product defects or inconsistencies.
- Monitor use of raw materials, tools, and equipment; coordinate maintenance and repairs.
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, defects, and downtime.
- Prepare shift reports and communicate effectively with management.
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies and materials, including take-offs for project production.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3–5 years of experience in pre-stressed concrete production, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Knowledge of pre-stressed concrete manufacturing processes; NPCA or PCI background preferred.
- Experience with beams, columns, panels, and other pre-stressed products.
- Strong understanding of concrete materials, mixing, curing, and pre-stressing methods.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and tensioning charts.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with production tracking systems and basic computer skills preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA and site safety regulations.
Physical Requirements:
- Constant use of hands, vision, and hearing.
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, kneeling, and climbing.
- Ability to meet job-specific physical qualifications.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Captain is to be responsible for managing our vessels, vessel personnel, and all barges in tow. Captains are responsible for crew members’ safety and their well-being while on our vessel. Captains must adhere to all United States Coast Guard regulations and company policies.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- Captains are expected to navigate the vessel in a safe manner and ensure safety rules are followed by everyone.
- Captains will manage the daily efficiency of the vessel, along with the maintenance and upkeep of the vessel.
- Directs and coordinates barge and towing operations, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental protocols and industry regulations.
- Responsible for supervising safe and efficient operation and performance of crew, vessel and tow and for ensuring that the equipment is kept neat and in good working order.
- Ensures that Company policies and protocols are followed; report all violations of policies, or violations of Maritime Federal or State regulations to Marine Operations Manager.
- Routine maintenance and operation of all machinery aboard the vessel, or tow.
- Manages crews, reporting anticipated crew shortages; directs crew in daily operations, providing training.
- Sets the watch standing schedule for their crew, ensuring that no licensed wheelman works more than 12 hours in any 24 hour period.
- Reports Boat Position; barges with cargo; time and location of exchange of barges; estimated time of arrival/departure; report delay time, place and cause; quality of fuel aboard and received, and any other pertinent information.
- Maintains the Vessel Daily Log and see that it is updated at the end of each 6 hour watch by themselves or their relief.
- Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Required Work Experience: 5-10 years’ experience operating Towing vessels, and moving barges in our working area 2 years’ experience supervising a tow boat crew
Required Training/Certifications: Captains must hold a Master of Towing / Mate of Towing Vessels or Master of 200 gross tons or more with towing vessels endorsement license issued by the United States Coast Guard, with a radar observer endorsement.
Travel Requirements: Must be able to work 15 days on, 7 days off; stands watch for 12 hours each day, divided in to six hour shifts.
Additional Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral
- Demonstrable knowledge of local waterways and regulations
- Experience with electronic navigation systems and associated technology
- Ability to live in close quarters
- Demonstrable understanding of vessel maintenance, cargo handling equipment and operational procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure, in changing conditions
- Required to walk on irregular surfaces that may be muddy and in reduced lighting conditions on barges; walk up and down several flights of stairs, 2-3 times per day.
- Required to sit, and or stand for up to six hours while on watch and operating the vessel.
- Ability to lift, pull, push, and carry at least 50lbs.
- Per the requirements of the US Coast Guard, all licensed Captains take, and pass and physical every five years to renew their license.
- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.

What You Will Do-

Triad Electric & Controls, part of The Newtron Group, is seeking a Recruiting & Training Coordinator to support our National Operations team. This role supports both workforce recruiting and field training efforts across active projects nationwide.
This position is based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and reports to the National Project Controls Manager. Travel of up to 50% is required.
This is not a full-time recruiting role. Recruiting needs fluctuate throughout the year. During periods of lower recruiting activity, this position will focus on coordinating and scheduling training initiatives to support field operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting
- Coordinate participation in career fairs, recruiting events, and industry outreach efforts.
- Plan and manage logistics for recruiting events, with support from home office staff as needed.
