Responsibilities:  

• Responsible for diagnosing and treating diseases and injuries of the ear, nose, throat, pharynx, sinuses, larynx, thyroid, oral cavity, salivary glands, and esophagus

• Examines patients in clinic and performs surgical procedures as needed

• Consult with patients to understand their health concerns and perform specialized tests to diagnose and treat patients

• Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process

The salary range for this role is $350,500 to $628,000 annually based on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. Salary Range: $259,254-$315,218

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating and managing infants, children and adolescents with a variety of rehabilitative needs
• Supervising, overseeing and teaching medical students, interns, and residents rotating through the department and division.
• Maintaining high standards and quality of care to the patients cared for
• Promoting high quality, cost effective care based on the best medical evidence
• Participating in data collection to assess patient care and satisfaction studies

Overview:
