Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Product Owner (CPO) to lead the Radar Digital Product Line (RDPL) SPY-6 Enterprise Air Surveillance Radar (EASR) effort. This critical role involves providing strategic technical and programmatic oversight for the SPY-6(V)2 and SPY-6(V)3 radar configurations, supporting program execution, and driving alignment with broader RDPL objectives. The Chief Product Owner will play a key role in delivering high-quality radar systems to the U.S. Navy and contributing to the growth and success of RDPL.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the technical and programmatic leader for the SPY-6 EASR effort within the product line, overseeing the development, integration, and delivery of SPY-6(V)2 and SPY-6(V)3 radar configurations.
  • Manage technical baselines and ensure alignment across multiple shipsets and platforms to meet customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with SPY-6(V)1 teams to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure seamless integration across the SPY-6 radar family.
  • Lead a matrixed engineering team, fostering collaboration across disciplines to meet program objectives and exceed customer expectations.
  • Drive the execution of RDPL's productivity and velocity goals through innovative engineering and process improvements.
  • Act as the primary interface with internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring alignment of technical execution with programmatic goals.
  • Influence customer perceptions and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Support risk management, schedule adherence, and cost control to meet program deliverables and financial objectives.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior engineering experience.
  • Experience in managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Experience managing technical baselines and delivering mission-critical systems to customers.

Job Description


Responsible for managing Quality Assurance group and directs day-to-day operation to ensure quality Assurance for Devens and North Andover sites. This position is responsible for implementing and managing cGMP compliant practices in the as well as deploying functional strategy within the department, providing framework for effective teamwork, setting objectives, and ensuring development of Quality Assurance personnel.


 


Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities



  • Evaluate and implement systems, methods, techniques, and solutions to complex quality compliance issues.
  • Host all regulatory agency and client audits.
  • Interface with Clients for project planning, and problem resolution with a strong customer service approach.
  • Recommends and leads implementation of critical compliance systems and provide recommendations to operations management.
  • Recommends the stop of any manufacture and/or distribution of a product if necessary.
  • Manages the review, approval, and delivery of Quality Assurance related training content and programs including new Quality Assurance initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Analyses trends associated with data, proficiency testing, equipment/supply/reagent defects and develop solutions as appropriate. 
  • Directs and advises the Quality Assurance group to achieve long and short-term goals and objectives.
  • Develops, improves, and revises Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality Policies as required/needed.
  • Assures the qualification of suppliers and vendor management program.
  • Ensures the review and approval of equipment qualification protocols and results.
  • Participates in internal auditing programs to assure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Partner collaboratively with Production, Maintenance, QC for all Quality decisions
  • To carry out any other duties which are within the employee’s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed. 



Qualifications



  • BS or MS in Chemistry or related field required. 
  • Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance in an FDA regulated industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience required. 
  • Minimum of 10 years in laboratory environment, preferably in API in GMP environment. 
  • Must have extensive experience in Analytical and Quality Control support of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API)
  • Knowledge and previous experience with GMP, ICH Q7, and 21 CFR Part 11.
  • Expertise in FDA regulations, GMPs, and Quality Systems relevant to pharmaceutical manufacturing. 
  • Demonstrate attention-to-detail, problem solving, and ability to make decisions quickly.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills required to demonstrate Strong technical writing and the ability to clearly express ideas.
  • Proven ability to lead and coach, and motivate employees, clearly communicate job requirements, and effectively manage performance of staff.
  • Proven team player with well-developed interpersonal, organizational, mentoring and communication skills, including written documentation.
  • Knowledge of SAP, LIMS, Master Control, and project management experience desired.

Role Overview:


This role is the site SME responsible for coordinating all cleaning validation and verification activities related to intermediate and API manufacturing, including facility surfaces and equipment. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements while implementing effective cleaning strategies across the site. The position is integral to maintaining quality and safety standards in the manufacturing process, supporting both current operations and customer needs.

  • Lead the development, execution, and validation of cleaning procedures for equipment, production lines, and facilities.
  • Write and review cleaning validation protocols and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring that all materials are free of any residues or contaminants.
  • Coordinate and conduct sampling (e.g., swab, rinse, and surface) and analytical testing to validate cleaning processes and confirm cleaning effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain cleaning validation schedules to ensure timely completion of required validations
  • Review cleaning validation data, ensuring it meets established acceptance criteria, and make recommendations for process improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.

Typical assignments include:

  • Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
  • Preventing and apprehending aliens and smugglers of aliens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations.

Qualifications:

GL-9: You qualify for the GL-9 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:

  • Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
  • Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
  • Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.

If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.

GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:

  • Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.

FUNCTION: Ensures a seamless and compliant closing process by performing thorough pre-funding audits and preparing all required closing documents with precision. Additionally, the Closer maintains detailed records to meet audit standards and drive continuous process improvements.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Conduct a comprehensive pre-funding audit of mortgage and home equity files to ensure data accuracy, complete documentation, and compliance with investor, regulatory, and credit union policies.
  • Collaborate with the Closing Agent, Attorney, or branch to schedule closings, confirming that all necessary pre-closing documents (e.g., insurance binder, title commitment, funds-to-close) are in place, and update the loan software and posting journal with the closing date.
  • Generate the pre-Closing Disclosure and ensure it is delivered to the member via mail or electronically to meet regulatory requirements in order to close timely.
  • Inform the closing attorney that the first mortgage is cleared to close and request essential documents, including the closing date, title report, payoff, and tax information.
  • Prepare and deliver the closing documents to the appropriate Closing Agent, Attorney, or branch.
  • Order the LQCC report as needed, obtain member feedback when credit report changes occur, and perform a verbal employment verification prior to loan closing.
  • Execute the investor quality control check by validating loan data against underwriting data and addressing any errors.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, processing and origination teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure timely closings.
  • Submit the Uniform Closing Dataset (UCD) to the investor as mandated, reviewing and resolving any feedback-related errors.
  • Support post-closing quality control by identifying and addressing documentation or compliance issues that arise after funding.
  • Demonstrate behaviors in line with the Credit Union’s Fundamentals as part of the Workers Way culture program.
