The Opportunity

It is all about learning and growing. Our Bank Customer Service & Sales role may be a new career for you. There's a lot to learn, but the journey is mapped out and USAA is willing to invest in you! Our comprehensive, fully paid three-month training program includes all training materials, class discussions, hands-on training, and e-learning modules. Our in-office development program provides the training you need and the encouragement to create a proactive and independent support style to service our membership.

We are currently seeking dedicated professionals to work in our Phoenix office for future customer service and sales opportunities in 2026. The office is located at Norterra Dr. (Happy Valley) and I-17. We have various schedules ranging from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm local time. These roles include a shift differential of 15% for any weekday hours worked after 6:00 pm and any hours worked on Saturday or Sunday. Weekly work schedules vary and will include one weekend day. We have new training classes starting every month. Military veterans and spouses are highly encouraged to apply. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

As a Bank Customer Service & Sales Representative, you'll work within defined guidelines to facilitate the financial security of members through needs-based sales and service conversations on a single Banking line of business or product set (for example, deposits, credit cards, and website customer support). In this role, you will make a difference to our members as you identify immediate and underlying financial needs and respond with relevant solutions through offering USAA Banking products and services.

What you'll do:

• Handle inbound member calls in a fast-paced contact center environment
• Use effective communication probing questions and critical thinking skills to identify member needs and provide relevant solutions which may include offering banking products
• Efficiently navigate multiple systems and programs while maintaining an engaging member interaction that may occur across multiple channels.
• Develop banking product knowledge to attract new members and expand relationships with current members through product acquisition
• Advise and educate members on available USAA digital tools and resources to improve the user experience
• Provide outstanding member service by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and professionalism
• Apply strong time and call management skills in assisting members with banking needs
• Embrace continuous improvement and development through coaching and collaboration with manager and team members

What you have:

• High School Diploma OR GED
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service for our members by communicating clearly and professionally by phone or email to process banking requests and provide information on banking products
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task while navigating through multiple business applications

Compensation range: The hiring range for this position is: $43,680.00 - $44,680.00

Compensation: USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location.

Overview: As a Safety Coordinator, you will join forces with the Site Safety Manager and safety team to head up workplace safety initiatives for our distribution center operations. You will be on the front lines of production and immerse yourself in the trenches to promote Factor's vision, inspire change, raise the bar on safety performance, and champion a culture of safety!

Shift: Wednesday to Saturday - 8:00pm to 6:30am

You will...

• Work with integrity and the utmost regard for the safety and health at HelloFresh
• Provides subject matter expertise either through education, training, and/or experience in multiple areas including environmental management, compliance, occupational safety, risk management and/or occupational health
• Ensure OSHA compliance within a HelloFresh/Green Chef Facility including but not limited to: Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT's); New Hire safety training and ongoing safety training; Lockout/Tagout, Machine Guarding and Chemical Safety; all necessary recordkeeping and reporting including OSHA 300 Logs
• Assisting EHS site teams as a visual presence on the production floor and identify safety risks
• Assist management team during accident or injury investigations and root cause analysis
• Act as the management team's subject matter expert for safety and security questions
• Assisting EHS site teams as a visual presence on the production floor
• Identify safety risks present on the floor to be fixed or addressed
• Complete EHS related audits and after-action responses to the identified gaps
• Coordinator other associates on the floor with ergonomics, safety, and other related issues
• Identify employees violating safety rules and coordinating them in a safer way
• Act as an on-site first responder who can provide basic first aid to injured persons
• Ensure visibility of HSE initiatives at the site level (Behavior Safety, Safe Work Permit process, Safety Observations, Near Miss, etc) to all levels of operations management and recommend improvements in effectiveness. Demonstrate sound judgement based on observations and evaluation, by site, to determine safety meeting effectiveness and appropriate level of mentoring for safety meeting facilitators. Collect and analyze data to identify safety or injury trends and develop corrective actions
• Ensure contractors and visitors follow HelloFresh safety policies during their time on-site
• Assist with the site emergency action plan and liaison with local first responders when needed
• Conduct a Job Safety Analysis (JSA) of all routine and non-routine tasks performed on-site
• Promote safer forklift operations through training, observation and coaching operators
• Support other departments including quality, food safety, production and logistics as needed

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with HelloFresh as a production worker with Forklift Training, OR 3 months of Safety Internship in a distribution center environment and an associates degree in safety, OR 2 years of safety experience in a distribution center environment.
• Preferred Safety Certification: GSP, OHST, etc.
• Expertise in OSHA compliance, especially with powered industrial trucks, lockout/tagout, strain and sprain prevention.

DC Systems Technology Technician

Location: On Site at Goodyear, AZ

Length: 6+ months - Possibility of Contract to Hire

Pay Rate: $23/hr - $31/hr (W2)

Position Summary:

Support Business and Technology-led initiatives for maintaining and supporting the Technology footprint within the DC.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining and supporting Application/Hardware owned by the DC Systems team. This includes but is not limited to MAWM (WMS), WES, MHE and WCS
• Review/Assign/Resolve support tickets
• Be available for on-call rotation/support
• Be the initial point of contact for questions about product from the business and operations teams
• Help manage a backlog of initiatives and tasks
• Contribute to story writing (Product Managers own core responsibility)
• Approval of UAT
• Provide input and assist with prioritization
• Develop the knowledge to provide an evaluation of technical feasibility of new system requirements
• Understand process flows and contributes to the business and technical process flow maps
• Support configuration and deployment of product features and
• enhancements as needed
• Coordinate with vendors and AE teams for product upgrade, patching, configurations etc.
• Look for things to optimize to make the development process easier and help the team become more productive
