Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Immigration Lawyer based in Westlake, OH. The Immigration Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation in immigration cases. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, preparing legal documentation, conducting legal research, appearing at hearings, and advising on matters such as visas, citizenship, deportation, and employment compliance. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues to ensure clients receive the best possible representation and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Immigration Law, legal research, and case preparation
• Proficient communication, negotiation, and counseling skills
• Exceptional legal documentation drafting and representation capabilities
• Experience working with diverse clients and a strong understanding of cultural sensitivity
• Bar admission and the ability to practice law in the state of Ohio
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Previous experience in immigration law or related fields is a plus
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous
