Responsibilities: As the Permanent Director of Banquets, your main responsibilities will include: 1.

Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and developing tailored banquet plans to meet and exceed their expectations.
3.
Managing and leading a team of banquet staff, providing them with the necessary training and support to ensure they deliver exceptional service at all times.
4.
Developing and managing the banquet budget, ensuring that all operations are cost-effective and within budget.
5.
Working closely with the culinary team to develop and implement innovative and delicious menus for all banquet events.
6.
Ensuring that all banquet facilities are well-maintained, clean, and safe, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
7.
Continually seeking opportunities to improve our banquet operations, implementing new processes and technologies as necessary.
Qualifications: To be considered for the role of Permanent Director of Banquets, candidates must possess the following qualifications: 1.
A minimum of 2-3 years of banquet or F&B experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.

A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
