Allergy & Immunology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: M-F 8-5 Pay Rate: $19 $190000.00

Incoming candidate can expect:

* Fully functioning allergy clinic
* Outpatient, no nights/weekends
* Shots/Biologic patients oversight

* Volumes: 14-16/day + 50 shots

* Physician owned group- 4 owners

Compensation:

* $190,000 Base salary + bonus (% of net profit)

* Year 1-2: 25%
* Year 3-4: 35%
* Year 5 & beyond: 50% net profit

* Annual Revenue Bonus years 1-5 if you surpass gross annual revenue
* 10k relocation allowance
* 15 PTO days + 5 days for CME ($3,500 annual)
