Litigation Associate Attorney - Austin Office
The Cokinos Austin office is seeking to add associates to our growing litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of litigation experience, with a preference for attorneys who have participated in depositions and/or trial proceedings. Experience in one or more of the following practice areas is strongly preferred:
- Construction litigation
- Commercial litigation
- Personal injury defense
- Products liability
This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters, collaborate closely with experienced partners, and engage directly with clients while continuing to build courtroom and case-management skills.
Qualifications
- 4-8 years of relevant litigation experience
- Deposition and/or trial experience preferred
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Licensed to practice in Texas and in good standing
