Position Overview
The Overnight Hotel Manager is the most senior leader on property during overnight hours, serving as the hotel’s primary decision maker and point of accountability. This role carries full operational oversight of the hotel while also ensuring the accurate completion of all nightly audit and financial reconciliation processes.
This leader safeguards the guest experience, addresses and resolves escalated concerns, supports overnight colleagues, and ensures seamless communication into the morning leadership team. Key Responsibilities
Hotel Wide Operational Leadership
- Serve as Manager on Duty overnight with full authority across all departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and Valet
- Oversee operational flow, staffing alignment, and service delivery to ensure standards are upheld property wide
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex guest situations, operational disruptions, or colleague concerns

Guest Experience & Service Excellence

Job Summary:
The metal fabrication and welding tech is responsible for executing a variety of mechanical fabrication efforts at an exceptional level, while collaborating in an integrated team environment with fellow support technicians, engineers, and internal and external engineering customers.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Metal fabrication of critical prototype, aerospace parts and test assemblies using various types of metal fabrication tools.
Use of general machine shop tools and support equipment including the use of typical dimensional measuring tools
Work with basic sketches and, underdeveloped drawing packages as well as model renderings
Responsible for all aspects of fabrication including part/machine setup, safe equipment operation, part inspection, managing their workload, supporting customers’ schedules, delegating, and coordinating work when required
Work in a multi-program-controlled area.
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications You Must Have:A minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience welding MIG, and TIG.
A minimum of six (6) years’ relevant experience with press breaks, rollers, sheet metal forming tools.
