Allergy & Immunology Physician

Incoming candidate can expect:
- Fully functioning allergy clinic
- Outpatient, no nights/weekends
- Shots/Biologic patients oversight
- Volumes: 14-16/day + 50 shots

Compensation:
- $190,000 Base salary + bonus (% of net profit)
- Year 1-2: 25%
- Year 3-4: 35%
