Responsibilities
The Licensed Practical Nurse plans, coordinates, provides and manages nursing care services and health education to nursing home guests.
- Supervise the care/services provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)/State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) and other team members who care for guests
- Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to guests
- Assess the health of guests and notify the physician of changes in status
- Promptly implement new orders
- Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a guest’s condition and/or prevent complications
- Contribute to the guest’s assessment (MDS/CAA’s) and the development of a plan of care
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state
- CPR certification

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is primarily responsible for providing direct, quality clinical care and the supervision of nursing assistants working with residents assigned to each unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit residents on assigned unit daily to observe and evaluate each resident’s physical and emotional status and notify the charge nurse, the physician, and/or the Director of Nursing when there is a change in a resident’s condition.
- Identify resident problems and emergency situations and initiate immediate lifesaving measures in the absence of a physician.
- Provide holistic care for residents within the scope of your LPN license.
- Assist in monitoring the inventory of medications, medical supplies and equipment to ensure that an adequate supply is on hand and readily available to meet the needs of the residents.
- Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc. as necessary
- Report occupational exposures to blood, body fluids, infectious materials, and hazardous chemicals in accordance with the facility’s policies and procedures governing accidents and incidents.
Qualifications
- Must have and maintain a current, valid state LPN license
- Current, valid CPR certification required

Shift: 2nd shift: 01:45 PM - 10:00 PM & 3rd shift: 09:45 PM - 06:00 AM
JOB DESCRIPTION
Primary duties include providing safe and timely electrical support, preventative maintenance, installation, service, repair, troubleshooting and resolution of multiple operating machines within a manufacturing industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have mechanical and electrical experience, a familiarity with hydraulics and pneumatics and have basic troubleshooting experience with proven ability of machine repair.
How you will impact:
* Utilize electrical/mechanical skills to maintain machinery
* Contribute to a collaborative safety culture that drives results
* Provide rapid response to ensure seamless productivity.
What you need to succeed:
* 2-3 years in trouble shooting industrial electrical control systems down to component level
* An operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery which includes; motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, 3 phase power, communication devices, industrial / electronic controls, and power transmission systems.
* A good understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
* Able to install and set up both A/C and D/C drives
* PLC trouble shooting and problem solving ability with practical, mechanical & electrical aptitude.
* Must be able to read and interpret both electrical and mechanical drawings.
* Working knowledge of power transmission equipment and bearings.
* Basic welding skills preferred but not required.
* Familiar with pumps, both air and electric.
* Able to install and trouble shoot basic 3 phase motor control circuits
* Some knowledge of the various types of sensors and limit switches
* Familiar with computers and Microsoft software.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently in a mature and professional manner.
