Overview:Six Flags White Water is seeking a skilled and dynamic leader to join our Maintenance Operations department. This person will lead the maintenance, construction, and rehab of Six Flags White Water facilities, attractions, and rides. What's In It For You?

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Maintenance Department to deliver results in a broad array of activities including facilities maintenance, annual preventative maintenance activities, repair and rehabilitation of structures and equipment, landscaping and support for park operations.
• Oversee the broad array of facility-related maintenance, including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, roadways, and wooden and fiberglass attraction structures. 
• Ensure that the water quality program is being properly executed in accordance with the swimming pool standards set by Six Flags and Cobb-Douglas Public Health.
• Ensure that the ride inspection programs are being properly executed in accordance with the standards set by Six Flags, Ride Manufacturers, ASTM and the State of Georgia.
• Maintain and enforce Six Flags and OSHA safety standards to ensure safe operations for guests and employees
• Schedule, prioritize, and oversee park projects and goals.
• Utilize data from financial reports to layout annual department operating budget, and maintain fiscal targets through monthly forecasts.
• Work closely with and support various Marketing, In-Park Service, Operations, Group Sales, and Human Resources initiatives to ensure successful implementation of all special projects, events and programs.
• Provide leadership, coaching and development for the entire Maintenance Team.
• Assist Maintenance Director with and participate in the implementation of capital projects and new construction projects.
• Occasionally serve as Park Manager In-Charge on a rotating basis.
• Other duties as assigned

Status: Fulltime, Exempt.

Pay Range: Starting at $85,000 (based on experience & certifications)

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Maximo or similar Enterprise Asset Management systems.
• Working knowledge of various skilled trades including Carpentry, Electrical, Mechanical (experience with conveyor belts is a plus), HVAC, Paint and Fiberglass.
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a water park Maintenance Department.
• Advanced knowledge of swimming pools and water slides
• Ability to meet deadlines and understand cost implications.
• Ability to professionally interact with various departments and park guests

Overview:

The Dispatch Center Operators are responsible for a variety of tasks including dispatching emergency and non-emergency calls, various department activities, computing park attendance information, monitoring different radio channels, as well as other duties. The Operator must be able to answer multiple phone lines monitor and dispatch information on all park radio channels and keep a clear line of communication with the park director and management teams.

The Principal Mechanical Design Engineer (Data Center Infrastructure) is a technical leader responsible for the architecture, integration, and validation of advanced mechanical systems supporting hyperscale data center environments. This role requires deep expertise in liquid cooling technologies (single-phase and two-phase), hydronic system design, structural integration, and manufacturable rack-level infrastructure solutions.

This role is responsible for defining system performance requirements, developing technical specifications, selection and integration of critical components, and leading mechanical design from concept through production release. Responsibilities include wetted material selection, thermal and structural analysis, fastening strategies, component layout, and design for manufacturability. Partners cross-functionally to deliver reliable, scalable, and cost-effective Data Center Infrastructure solutions while advancing innovation in liquid cooling performance.

What will you do?

- Lead the end-to-end mechanical design and engineering of hyperscale Data Center Infrastructure (DCI) systems, including liquid-cooled rack assemblies, CDUs, manifolds, enclosures, structural frames, and associated hydronic piping systems.

- Serve as the technical authority for single-phase and two-phase liquid cooling architectures, including primary and secondary loop design, in-rack distribution, and system integration within hyperscale data center environments.

- Define and validate operational performance requirements for liquid-cooled infrastructure, including pressure ratings, hydrostatic limits, temperature ranges, flow rates and uniformity, thermal expansion, durability, and serviceability.

- Design, analyze, and validate machined components, welded fabrications, manifolds, and structural systems using advanced engineering principles, including stress analysis, finite element analysis (FEA), flow modeling, and structural load calculations to ensure mechanical integrity and code compliance.

- Lead wetted material selection and compatibility analysis for liquid cooling systems, including corrosion mitigation strategies, surface treatments, cleanliness standards, and long-term durability considerations.

- Develop and review CAD models and complete technical data packages using CREO, SolidWorks, or equivalent tools; ensure design accuracy, manufacturability, and system-level integration.

- Author and approve technical specifications for piping systems, rack-level cooling infrastructure, and hydronic components, including installation guidelines, maintenance procedures, testing requirements, and compliance with applicable standards (ASME, ISO).

- Establish and oversee validation protocols including hydrostatic pressure testing, leak detection and mitigation, flow resistance analysis, and corrosion verification to ensure regulatory compliance and operational reliability.

- Evaluate customer design proposals and technical specifications to assess feasibility, manufacturability, cost, and risk; provide recommendations to optimize performance and total cost of ownership.

- Lead cross-functional design reviews with electrical, thermal, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure full system integration and compliance with product specifications and applicable plumbing and hydronic codes.

- Optimize rack manifold design and manufacturing processes, including machining, welding, surface finishing, connection interfaces, venting and draining strategies, and flow path optimization to enhance performance and manufacturability.

- Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing assembly methods and tooling in collaboration with production teams and equipment vendors to improve quality, scalability, and cost efficiency.

- Lead root cause investigations for complex mechanical failures identified during validation or field deployment and implement corrective design improvements.

- Provide technical leadership in vendor qualification and management for mechanical components and liquid cooling subsystems.

- Identify and mitigate technical risks impacting performance, schedule, or cost, and contribute to R&D initiatives advancing liquid cooling technologies and system innovation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: 

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related engineering discipline from an accredited university.

Experience: 

- 8 years' experience in mechanical design and integration of mission-critical systems.

- Proven track record of successful system designs and implementations in a relevant industry

- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, integration strategy, and system coordination

- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to Energy Storage Systems and Data Center Infrastructure is preferred.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

- Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Underwriting

• Responsible for the analysis and appraisal of a broad range of insurance applications; approves, classifies, or declines applications for various ages and policy amounts with guidance, as needed.​

• Independently reviews applications and adheres to underwriting standards and demonstrates an intermediate level of experience with NM product types and changes. ​

• Develops and demonstrates change agility while maintaining mortality and morbidity expectations. ​

• Demonstrates continuous learning through the early adoption of new ways of underwriting. ​

• Develops proficiency with Reinsurance programs and determining where to best place a case.

• Underwrites applications, maintaining industry-leading mortality and morbidity giving the best possible offer that can be made. Provides active case and requirement management and provides customized service with guidance. ​

• Communicates & negotiates with Field Partners to explain modified or declined decisions & assist in policy placement. ​

• Develops proficiency in financial, medical, and lay underwriting assessments and provides innovations solutions to keep Northwestern Mutual as the choice of our customers.

• Actively utilizes the most effective means to obtain the necessary information, including digital health data, Internet searches, direct contact with the insured, and communication with third party advisors (Accountants, Attorneys, etc.) with limited guidance.

• Discusses cases with peer reviewers with medical and technical staff, as needed. ​

• Understands and meets all quality, service, and production goals​.

• Solves issues & escalations, with guidance as needed. ​

• Partners with Underwriting Support for case management

Cross-functional leadership

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

• 1.5 years of traditional underwriting experience.

• Analytical skills with the ability to make independent decisions and apply sound judgment in the application of rules.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information, and exercise tact, diplomacy, and resourcefulness.

• Proficient in computer skills and using various software packages.

• Ability to work accurately while maintaining speed and flexibility in a team and independent production environment.

• Highly organized with the ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
