- Juris Doctorate from an ABA-approved law school
- Member and in good standing with the Georgia Bar.
- Three years of litigation/coverage experience in insurance defense preferred

The firm seeks a corporate attorney with 3–5 years of experience (max sixth-year).
Candidates should have excellent academic credentials and significant experience in sophisticated public and private M&A deals, as well as general corporate and governance matters from a large law firm.
Ideal associates will have worked on strategic M&A deals averaging ~$500M and have some exposure to cross-border transactions.
