We are seeking a Senior Project Lead to join a global packaging manufacturing leader. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving major capital projects that directly influence plant performance, reliability, and long-term growth. You will partner closely with operations and engineering leadership to execute strategic initiatives across a complex manufacturing environment.
DESCRIPTION
- Lead end-to-end execution of capital projects (CAPEX), ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, cost estimates, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Safety, and Procurement teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution

REQUIREMENTS

- Experience within packaging, pulp & paper, or similar process-driven industries strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, cost control, and scheduling practices
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and industrial standards

General Compensation Disclosure

ResponsibilitiesThe Claims Litigation Director provides the highest level of specialized technical claim handling for the most serious, complex, and highly valued claim for an excess and surplus lines writer. Position requires experience in handling Commercial General Liability as well as Garage and Professional Liability claims with a focus on Legal Malpractice matters. Provides technical advice to associates and other functional areas such as, defense counsel, independents, support, and less-experienced technical staff. - Contribute to continuous improvement: identify recurring issues, propose process refinements, and help update the team's process documentation/playbook.
- Provide professional, service-oriented support to internal clients by responding to information requests and translating legal process steps into clear, accessible guidance.
Outside Counsel & Stakeholder Coordination
- Assist with transmitting and receiving documents with outside counsel and internal stakeholders; coordinate routine requests for information and records.
- Maintain strong working relationships with business partners across functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Tax, Operations) to gather required data for filings and legal matters.
Qualifications Include:
- Education: Associate's degree in paralegal/legal studies, a paralegal certificate, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant coursework/experience.
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of relevant paralegal experience (corporate and/or litigation). Candidates with slightly less experience may be considered if they demonstrate strong potential, adaptability, and eagerness to grow.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfort working in structured workflows and systems.
Pay Rate: $38/hr
