Responsibilities:
- Lead underwriting efforts for multifamily and commercial development projects, ensuring robust financial and risk assessments.

- Coordinate with municipal and government agencies to obtain necessary entitlements and permits.
- Support initial land purchases, due diligence, and structuring as part of new development opportunities.
- Oversee and manage external contractors, architects, engineers, and third-party service providers.
- Prepare and manage project contracts, documents, scheduling, and budgets.
- Produce investment committee and board memos, including detailed reviews of plans, specs, and cost estimates.
- Attend design and job site meetings, monitoring construction quality and schedule adherence.
- Manage all budgets, proformas, and approve draw requests and changes in project scope.
- Interface with acquisition, accounting, finance, legal, and asset management teams to integrate new projects.
- Supervise transition of completed projects to asset management and secure all closing deliverables.
Must-Have Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in real estate, finance, or related field.
- 2-5+ years of proven experience in multifamily or commercial development, or real estate finance.
- Expertise in creating complex Excel financial models and performing detailed analysis.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with entitlement processes and zoning matters.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, with ability to motivate, mentor, and communicate effectively.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent technical, analytical, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Confidence to work independently in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
- Experience coordinating due diligence or land acquisition processes.

Position Overview
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you’ll take the lead in maintaining LSG Sky Chefs’ and LHI’s Global Quality System, ensuring our Customer Service Center (CSC) consistently meets the highest standards. In this role, you’ll champion food safety and regulatory excellence by driving adherence to FDA, USDA, and HACCP guidelines, including seafood-specific protocols. What You'll Do
- Perform a general walk through of the CSC and take notes of all hygiene, operational and building concerns to be reported promptly to the QA Supervisor/Manager before morning briefing.
- Conduct internal temperature checks in coolers and on prep racks and record temperature on Daily HACCP Temperature Monitoring Log.
- Conduct pre-operational inspection of all Food related areas and record findings and Daily Sanitation Report. Follow-up on rejected areas or equipment if necessary.
- Perform a general walk-through of the CSC before the end of the shift and take notes of all hygiene, operational and building concerns to be reported to the QA supervisor/manager on duty.
- Conduct an inspection of all Pest & Rodent Control equipment.
- Building Sanitation Performance and Walk-Through Inspection should be conducted once every week.
- Assist the QA supervisor on the conduct of GQS internal Hygiene Process audit.
- Assist the QA Supervisor in the preparation of the GQS Chef table and/or Portion Control of randomly selected prepared food item.
- Others duties as assigned by QA Manager

Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in low-voltage systems, structured cabling, and security infrastructure to oversee commercial technology projects from planning through completion.
This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse and technically engaging projects, including structured cabling, access control, and surveillance systems. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, field technicians, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high technical standards.
The position involves responsibilities throughout the entire project lifecycle, including site walks, project estimation, technician oversight, scheduling, and final project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site walks and client meetings to determine project scope and requirements
