???? The Job:

• Safely operate a CDL Truck from our Palestine yardstart and end your shift in the same location.

• Service residential routes with timely pickups and deliveries.

• Operate hydraulic and automated lifting systems to load/unload materials and containers.

• Work a consistent schedule: MonFri, 6 AM start | Approx. 5060hrs./week

• Communicate clearly with dispatchers and customers.

• Conduct daily pre/post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.

? Requirements:

• Class A or B CDL with airbrakes

• Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience

• Clean MVR and safety-first mindset

• Physically able to lift 75+ lbs., climb in/out of truck, and work outdoors in all conditions

Primary Responsibilities: Supporting OB/GYN and Emergency Department cases as there is no dedicated Pediatric Unit.

Essential skills include neonatal and pediatric ventilation management, intubation, lumbar punctures, and more.

Requirements: License: Must hold an active Texas medical license.

Certifications: Board Certification in Pediatrics is mandatory.

ACLS and PALS certifications required.

NRP certification is essential.

Skills: Expertise in non-invasive and invasive ventilation management (newborn and pediatric).

Proficiency in procedures such as conscious sedation, central line placement, arterial lines, and chest tube insertion.

Summary:

• Responsible
• In good physical health
• Non-smoker
• Has had at least one successful pregnancy
• Is capable of carrying a child to full term

In Texas, there is a judicial process for validating the Gestational Contract (the contract between the intended parents and the surrogate). Included within the various requirements for having a Gestational Contract validated by a Texas court is that the intended parents must be married and the surrogate must have previously carried a child to term. Compensation for a surrogate services generally starts in the range of $35,000 - $40,000, for base compensation with over all fees up to 70k, in many cases. The amount of compensation is dependent upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, whether the surrogate carries twins, what procedures a surrogate is required to undergo and whether the delivery is vaginally or by cesarean section.
