What You'll Do



  • Verify and process billing information with accuracy.
  • Release and monitor orders in the JDA system to keep customer transactions moving smoothly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling calls, emails, and account inquiries (payments, balances, credits, etc.).
  • Communicate with customers about payment issues, credit card declines, and address updates.
  • Process credit memos, refund checks, purchase order vouchers, W-9 vendor applications, and tax-exempt certificates.
  • Support internal teams by handling requests from Customer Service and Sales.
  • Review and resolve account issues, including credit limits and outstanding balances.

  • Education/Experience: High school diploma (or GED) plus 2+ years of accounts receivable or billing experience (or equivalent).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills-you can juggle deadlines and stay accurate.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with office software and tools (including 10-Key, typing 30-35 wpm, and willingness to learn new systems).
