Overview:

Qualifications:
Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed, and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of a course within 30 days of hire.
One or more of the certifications below may be required based on the position/unit hired to, or the acquisition of certification within the department required timeframe:

Registered Nurse – Full Time or Part Time Opportunities Available

PRN staff are required to work a minimum of 36 hours within each 6-week period.

Flexible Scheduling Options:

  • 12-hour shifts: 7 AM – 7 PM or 7 PM – 7 AM

  • 8-hour evening shifts: 3 PM – 11 PM

Competitive Pay with Tiered Differentials:
  • Tier 3 (Med/Surg): +$5.00/hr

  • Tier 2 (Stepdown): +$7.50/hr

  • Tier 1 (ICU): +$10.00/hr

Additional Shift Differentials:

  • Evening: +$2.75/hr

  • Night: +$4.60/hr

  • Weekend: +$1.50/hr

    • Push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis

    • Prolonged standing and walking each shift

    • Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties

Schedule: Part-Time | 24 hours/week

Sign-On Bonus:

  • Experienced Nurses: Up to $10,000

  • New Graduate Nurses (less than 1 year of experience): Up to $5,000

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with one of the following:

  • Associate Degree in Nursing

  • Nursing Diploma

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Licensure: Must hold and maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri or possess compact licensure, in accordance with state board of nursing regulations.

Experience: Previous hospital experience is preferred and may be required depending on the unit.

Certifications:

  • Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association, or completion within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: BSN preferred

  • Licensure: Additional state licensure or specialty certifications preferred

  • Experience: Prior experience in specialty area or similar clinical setting

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly

  • Prolonged standing and walking throughout the shift

  • Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed to perform nursing duties
