The Washington Campus is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) higher education organization that provides intensive educational programs in managing business, public affairs, and public policy for Executive MBA, MBA, and other graduate and professional students (MAcc, MSF, MPP, MPA, MPH, etc.) from its various partner schools. Most programs bring participants to Washington, D.C., for 3-5 days for experiential learning from world-class expert practitioner faculty speakers from inside and outside government. - Under the direction of the principal, coordinates emergency drills in the Upper School building and ensures Emergency routes are posted and US faculty and staff have a clear understanding of procedures
- Serves as primary point of Administrative contact for technology, especially as related to standardized testing
Parish and Community Engagement
- Serve, as needed, on parish-wide committees and initiatives
- Assist in admissions, marketing, development, and other school-wide initiatives

Qualifications

Campus Support
- Perform front desk responsibilities, maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.

- Check voicemail regularly and return calls promptly.

- Coordinate with day, weekend, and partβtime front desk staff to ensure substitute coverage for vacations, sick days, and vacancies.
Event Support
- Set up, attend, and provide onβsite support for concerts, student recitals, and special events.
- Organize event logistics, including equipment, warmβup rooms, and other site needs for studio recitals, master classes, lectures, and jams.
- Create programs for student recitals.
- Assist with campus events and programs during assigned evenings and weekends.

This is a full-time, Washington, DCβbased position reporting to the Vice President of Programs and the Senior Program & Development Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Program Planning & Execution
- Support the planning and execution of domestic and international programs, including logistics, travel coordination, participant communications, and on-site support
- Assist with agenda development, briefing materials, and run-of-show documents
- Track timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions to ensure programs are executed on schedule and within budget
Participant & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a primary point of contact for program participants before, during, and after engagements
- Support relationship management with senior military leaders, congressional staff, policymakers, and allied partners
- Assist in coordinating follow-on engagement opportunities, including briefings, calls, and invitations to future programs
Data, Tracking & Institutional Knowledge
- Maintain accurate records of program participation, engagement history, and follow-up activity in internal trackers and databases
- Support the collection of quantitative and qualitative program insights for internal reporting, grant reporting, and leadership briefings
- Capture lessons learned and relationship history to ensure continuity across programs
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with the Development team to support donor-facing program moments and post-program follow-up
- Work closely with the Policy team to ensure program insights inform research and publications
- Assist with internal reporting and planning related to program outcomes and engagement trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required; coursework in international affairs, security studies, political science, or a related field preferred
- 1β3 years of relevant experienceΒ in programs, operations, policy, or stakeholder engagement
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
