Accountabilities/Duties:

Job Details
Compensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The hourly base pay range for this position is $15 per hour plus tips.
Work Schedule: The work schedule for this position is open availability.

As a Construction Inspector-Senior, you will perform general construction inspection tasks to verify compliance standards codes, and ordinances, zoning regulations, as well as contract plans, specifications, and special provisions. Projects will consist of bridges, roadways, and environmental components to these services. - Minimum 5 years in the field or in trade-related training in a design, construction inspection, construction materials engineering/testing, or other construction related field.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
- Knowledge and experience with equipment used in construction inspection, and field testing of construction materials.
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend and speak English fluently.
- Attendance, punctuality and reliability are essential requirements.
- Able to work independently, make routine decisions concerning construction work progress.
- Current/valid State Driver's License REQUIRED with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass a fingerprint/background check.
- Construction field materials testing certifications, i.e. Asphalt, concrete, workzone, pavement marking, environmental, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent to include courses in related work type.
