Accountabilities/Duties:

• Maintains strong product knowledge to educate guests on NbC cake distinction, size and flavor profile options, pricing, special promotions, and complimentary retail merchandise.

Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements:

Compensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The hourly base pay range for this position is $15 per hour plus tips.

As a Construction Inspector-Senior, you will perform general construction inspection tasks to verify compliance standards codes, and ordinances, zoning regulations, as well as contract plans, specifications, and special provisions. Projects will consist of bridges, roadways, and environmental components to these services. • Knowledge and experience with equipment used in construction inspection, and field testing of construction materials.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend and speak English fluently.
• Attendance, punctuality and reliability are essential requirements.
• Able to work independently, make routine decisions concerning construction work progress.
• Current/valid State Driver's License REQUIRED with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a fingerprint/background check.
• Construction field materials testing certifications, i.e. Asphalt, concrete, workzone, pavement marking, environmental, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent to include courses in related work type.

The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the Equal Pay Act. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience. Salary range: $28-$37/hr.
