What will you do?

• Assign duties to scheduled team members and oversee opening/closing procedures of concession stands
• Oversee daily operations of multiple concessions stands in an assigned area of the ballpark 
• Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
• Help train new stand employees on concessions operations including how to work the POS system
• Enure the concessions stands are stocked during and after the game, order supplies when needed
• Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary

More about you

• Minimum of one year experience in a food service position required; previous experience as a stand attendant or stand manager preferred
• Previous cash handling or cashier experience required
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• No high school diploma or GED required

Physical requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds  
• May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold, depending on the season

Associate Maintenance Manager

Shift: Wednesday to Saturday, 5:00 pm to 3:30 am

HelloFresh is seeking a Maintenance Manager who will oversee the maintenance and reliability for our growing sites and equipment. You will take a hands-on approach to leadership, effectively engaging, motivating, and coaching team members. The Maintenance Manager needs to be strong in project management, leadership, and technical skills related to manufacturing equipment, HVAC, and general maintenance.

You will...

• Oversee M&RE-related processes including maintenance of automation and manufacturing equipment, electrical, refrigeration, PIT equipment (forklifts), building, grounds, and overall upkeep of multiple buildings
• Motivate, engage, coach, and inspire a team of associate managers and technicians, creating a positive team dynamic that encourages all employees to provide feedback and drive change from within
• Provide project management support
• Manage outside vendors and facilitate planned and unplanned repairs
• Ensure that maintenance regulations are followed
• Maintain a current list of contractors to ensure that all emergency repairs are handled
• Collaborate with other departments within the distribution center to identify problems and brainstorm improvement ideas
• Promote food safety, quality, and a safety-first culture.
• Backfill Associate Maintenance Manager role when needed (call off, PTO requests).

At a minimum, you have...

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing facilities maintenance/operations and reliability within the Food/Beverage/Perishables/Distribution industry
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required
• High level of integrity and ethics with excellent follow-through
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics
• Exposure to mechanical, electrical, automation and refrigeration systems
• Comfortable working in cold environments with some areas of facility at 40F
• Excitement for working in a start-up environment with a high level of ambiguity and change
• Effective communicator for employees, direct reports, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and/or nights

About the Role

We're supporting a client in Irving, TX seeking an experienced Information Security Project Manager to lead full lifecycle initiatives within a security-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organizing complex projects, collaborating with cross‐functional teams, and driving delivery from kickoff through completion.

Top Skills Needed

• 3+ years of full lifecycle Project Management experience
• Experience managing Information Security or security-related projects (preferred)
• Hands-on experience using Jira
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
• Establish project direction, scope, and priorities; manage changes as they arise
• Provide project management leadership across all assigned initiatives
